When looking for storage, I compared a few places. I decided to go with Cubesmart based initially on their pricing, which after said and done was SIGNIFICANTLY less than estimated. The gentleman worked to find me the lowest price he could, and when I was signing up, I saw him work to find the best price for another customer. A+ $$ The signing-in process is easy and basic paperwork, nothing over the top. I had renters insurance so I was allowed to skip signing up for that (as it is a requirement at most storage places). Paperwork when leaving was 5 minutes. When moving in, the same gentleman was amply helpful. I was moving in the rain, and so he told me to ring the office and he will meet me around back to assist. Just OUTSTANDING customer service. I actually moved out a day after and explained that my housing situation would only permit me to move in on the 31st, and my storage billing cycle ended on the 30th. They were flexible and I know it may be policy or w/e... but for the customer, this will make me come back, refer friends and overall, culminated as the "cherry on top;" best experience possible.

LeRoys pretty cool. He is very personable and was able to assist me in deciding the perfect unit for my needs. I went in with a particular unit in mind but after speaking to him, I ended up changing my mind and even upgraded based on his accurate suggestions! LeRoy was patient with my million and one questions and was very friendly. He was able to assist us when we literally came in 5 minutes before closing due to traffic and we never felt rushed. You can tell he knows what he is talking about and he genuinely cares about his job which becomes apparent through his service. With the headache of moving, it was nice to have something go well for once and I felt that happened in dealing with LeRoy at CubeSmart.

This was my first time renting public storage and I must say the General Manager at CubeSmart LeRoy Lavan made my first experience great. He was very knowledgable and helpful. I was clueless about the space I would need. He offered to have me come take a look at the different spaces they offer at cubesmart. Outside of the business aspect, LeRoy was very polite and mannerable. He made me feel comfortable and ensured me that my property would be safe and secure at CubeSmart. I highly recommend storing with CubeSmart. And their rates are afforadable with promotions and specials to accommodate your needs.

Id have to say my first time ever using a storage unit/services & my visit was very pleasant. We were both tired& had a long day but LeRoy LaVan was still very patient, kind and accurate. I was in and out maybe within 15min or so and had no problems accessing my unit or my codes the next morning. Thank you Hamilton ave #Stamford for such wonderful customer service on such short notice.

LeRoy was excellent during the sign up process made it very simple and quick I was able to get in and out! During my move in Carey checked on me to see if there was anything I needed. The location is perfect and better hours them my last unit with easier access, the guys are great and amazingly helpful everytime I am there. Highly recommended
