Si estoy buscando el mejor lugar para poder almacenar mis herramientas y las cosas con las cuales no tengo espacio en mi casa. recomiendo excesivamente tomar la opción de tenerlo en extraspace storage en Stamford CT No sólo por ser un lugar con excelentes precios muy limpio y muy bien manejado pero también quiero resaltar al store manager Twobg Wells. Quien siempre se preocupa por dar un excelente servicio ayudar a los clientes y aconsejarnos de la mejor forma posible para sacar el mayor provecho de nuestras unidades. Averigüé en muchos otros lugares para poder hacer uso de sus facilidades y definitivamente me quedo con ExtraSpace Storage

I rented 2 units and the units were fine and had no problems. The problem I had was with the billing. I was told if I checked out before the end of my monthly bill cycle, that it would be prorated. My monthly bill cycle was ending on March 28 and I checked out on March 8, which I told the main office and they entered that into the computer. My credit card was charged the whole amount for the month and I never received a credit back for the prorated amount (March 9 – 28). I called the office and they said I needed to let them know when I thought I would be checking out before the billing cycle for the month started, so they could bill that prorated amount. Not what I was told when I rented the units. The whole thing is crazy. So, Extra Space charged me for a part of the month that I didn’t use it and then they were able to rent out my units again during the same time period and collect double money. Treat your customers better.

Let me start by saying if I could give Extra Space Storage 10 stars I would! From beginning to end the staff was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. They offer the type of customer service you dream about, but is rare to find in todays service industry. They exceeded my expectations 10 fold in every possible way. I interacted with Rick, Anthony, and Twong and they were each equally awesome at helping me find my storage space and completing the entire process. The leasing process was seamless and the system they use is very user friendly. I was able to complete the whole leasing process in less than 10 minutes. Overall this was one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. I would 100% recommend this facility to my family and friends. Thank you Extra Space Storage!!!!

I used my unit for six months as a staging area for selling furniture. I originally chose Extra Space because of its location and its rates, which were cheaper that two other places that I called. I was very happy with how it turned out. They had had a good balance between accessibility and security, the units were clean and climate controlled, and the staff was friendly. I would recommend Extra Space to anyone in Greenwich/Stamford/Darien.

Hands down the best storage place ever. The staff are very professional and seems to have a masters degree in customer service. They stand and greet everyone who walks through the door and memorize customer by their first name. Customers get their own unique gate entry code and you get to test it out before you leave. I love it here at Extra Space Storage.

I have had my things stores at Extra Space Storage since December 2012. The place is great, especially the manager Rick and Anthony. Always friendly and so very helpful. The facility is clean and well lit. My things were safe at Extra Space Storage in Stamford, CT. Youre in good hands if you store your things here. Great job guys!

The Extra Space Storage facility in Stamford, CT has a great management team in a very secure location. The facility is super clean, and well-kept. The management team keeps it very secure and is extremely courteous as well. Were very happy with our choice and would recommend them to anyone looking for short or long-term storage!
