Ive been a customer of this company for nearly twenty year now and have always been pleased with the ease of access, the clean conditions, access to light and electricity if needed, but I have rarely interacted with the staff until recently. Im happy to say that I was very pleasantly surprised. Franks help was thoughtful and timely and he actually kept me as a customer when I very well might have gone elsewhere. His resourcefulness and courtesy has been a credit to the company - much appreciated in a time when good service is a rare commodity. Well done!

I thought that Jillian provided great service. She was able to accommodate my storage needs quickly, efficiently, and economically. No muss, no fuss. I also really just like this particular storage facility. It is off the beaten path. There does not seem to be a lot of traffic in and around it which suits me perfectly. I am very happy with my experience at this Public Storage facility. Thank you very much Frank and Jillian.

I interacted with Frank initially. He was very clear and helpful. He patiently explained the facility and showed me an available space. I then signed up online for a future date (within one week). Courtney was managing the office when I returned to finalize paperwork. She was also patient, explicit, and helpful. I went into public storage space to some price ranges because I am moving next month. My visit to public storage was very helpful. It had some of the best prices I had seen on the market. Where to begin? Well first off theres the manager, Frank, who is beyond helpful and a gentleman to say the least. Secondly, the units and the entire building are well maintained and always clean. Not to mention the units are available at extremely reasonable prices for anyone. Highly recommended this storage space over any other in the area.

Jessica was immensely helpful with making our moving situation convenient and less stressful..very pleasant and easy to deal with..We finally moved out and Frank was awesome to deal with.very thorough and always quick response with any needs or phone calls we needed answers on.
