Overall the experience was very pleasant. Upon entering the office I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile by Meredith. She explained the rental process in detail and let me know, up front, what charges I would be responsible to pay. I chose a huge 10 x30 reg. 441.00 monthly. The special online deal was $1 for the first month. Meredith kindly explained that insurance was required monthly. (11-15 dollars per month.) In addition a $22 administration fee. I chose to purchase a very nice padlock, but you can bring your own. Meredith called me to let me know the unit just became available and I moved my items in within the hour. If I move on by July 1st no other money is due. I have a grace period to pay per diem until the 6th of July. Afterwards the monthly fee will be due. I felt confident that all was explained to me clearly. No surprises. The unit was clean, huge, and ready to go! There is a security gate and camera and you are given your own personal code to use when entering and exiting. I am very happy that I chose to get a storage unit from Public Storage to make my move go smoothly!

This was my first visit to Public Storage. I stopped by because after my mother passed away, items from her estate were being divided amongst her children. There was 2 pretty good sized cross stitch pictures she made back in 1954. My brother remembers going to the hardware store to get the glass cut for their frames. So these two precious pictures need to be packed and shipped to Virginia. I wasnt sure what kind of box I needed. I walked into the store and was greeted by Melissa who made me feel at ease. She knew exactly what I needed and walked with me to see if the box was in stock. We found a box, but she said she wasnt sure if that was what we were looking for. After double checking she found it was not and was able to make a call and direct me to the location just down the road. With Melissas knowledge, kindness and professionalism, she has made me a returning customer and I will be letting all my friends and family know that Public Storage is my recommendation. Thank you for making this difficult time a positive experience. I am so very grateful and 100% satisfied.

My buddy Matt and I got a unit. I have to say that Meredith explains everything in detail. From when we were standing at the gate,to the room until we sign the pw. This girl was really patient and answered all my questions. I was looking for the fine print. Shes really nice. I have to say a few customers when in there and cursed up a storm today and she apologized helped the customer and kept her cool. Never have I ever seen customer service like that. I would have been in jail. I know that my things will be fine. One thing she did say to me was I want all my customers to be happy. She said some other stuff about 5 stars service but to me just that line alone shows that she cares. Good place to put your stuff. I wish I can give her more stars after seeing everything she went through. I want her boss to know she definitely made me feel comfortable. Oh yeah read the other reviews here she does have a pretty smile with a whole lot of dimples.

Read some if the reviews and I decided to rent here with my Fiance. This store offers by far the best customer service I have ever received. First of all as soon as i opened the door Meredith stood up and said hi and welcome with this huge smile. She addressed both of us. It is very easy to speak to her. We felt that she was part of the family on how comfortable we were. To move on, never had any idea on condensation and all this other stuff. She was truly very knowledgeable. Meredith aka a storage encyclopedia. I can go on and on. The price is right, the place is clean, and we are no longer stressed. We moved the stuff in and locked it up. Until next spring! About a year ago I needed a place to store the few belongings I managed to save after my house was flooded by Superstorm Sandy. I was looking for a secure place that was close to home and reasonably priced. Public Storage had exactly what I was looking for and the hours were perfect if I needed to grab something from the unit late after work. Justin signed me up and the process was quick and easy. Now that I am on my way to moving back into my house I no longer need the storage unit. I scheduled a move out date online and Meredith handled to vacate receipt in a matter of minutes. Thank you for making the entire process so easy!

I just recently moved into my unit and Tom couldnt have been more helpful or knowledgeable. Securing my unit was quick and easy and I was very impressed with how clean and secure the area is. Tom had answers to my long list of questions and was able to provide all the info I needed. They were prepared for me right when I arrived and there was no wait or hassle to secure my unit. Tom and Meredith seem like a great team and Im looking forward to seeing them over the course of the next couple months while I rent from them. I will definitely be recommending Public Storage and this specific location to others.

I first went to Bethpage and they didnt have the unit I needed. The guy there was really cool. He sent me to see Meredith. From the moment I walked in up to today that I checked out she has been so courteous. Everytime she sees me she greets me by my name, she would ask hows everything going, and if I need anything. It was easy to check in and even easier to check out. I would definitely recommend Public Storage. Just ask for Meredith she will take good care of you. She made a stressful situation go nice, smooth, and helped reduce the stress. Best part I got a full month for a buck.

This is an amazing location. Meredith was so informative. I went there with my husband after the storm, our basement was flooded. Meredith explained in detail how to pack and explained all products. We purchased 35 boxes and got 15 for free. We used each and every box. She gave us an option as well and explained to us that we can store out items while we do our renovations. If it comes to that we will definitely store with her. As I read the reviews everyone is correct Meredith is a doll and has such a beautiful smile. Kudos to public storage for having such a great manager.

I was a customer with Public Storage for a little more than thirteen years. I would definitely recommend this location. Meredith has been the manager for about the same amount of time I stored there. Meredith is courteous, sweet, hard working, and so easy to talk too. I loved walking in and she stands and greets you by your name. Words cant describe her. She is extremely professional. I vacated because after 13 years it was time to let go of the things I was no longer using. I promised Meredith I would share my experience. I would give her 100 stars.
