My name is Cory and I am the CEO of a start up company and I had an unbelievable experience at the Melville Public Storage facility last week. I was running late from a job and I met two employees named Quiles and Valentine that stayed a little late to help me check into my storage facility. These two men were so accommodating that if it wasnt for their professionalism and empathy I could have ruined a business deal with my client. In essence the patience and focus of these two employees could have seriously damaged the reputation of my company at such an early phase in my development. I am a start up company that plans on using Public Storage for years to come. As I am in the early phases of my operation I have rented a small storage space, though, as my business grows I will require more storage space, thus, adding more business to Public Storage in the future. Based on the poised service by Quiles and Valentine I now realize that Public Storage understands and appreciates how business is done by both parties to help build burgeoning relationships. Two weeks ago I was considering many different storage facilities and was extremely indecisive. The help from Quiles and Valentine have now made it clear that I have made the right choice. Since I cannot overstate this point I will say it one more time -- Quiles and Valentine were exceptional employees and in ten years when I tell my success story at some keynote speech I will certainly make sure to mention their names. Danielle, Brie, & Jillian are very knowledgable when it comes to storage needs. I came in thinking I knew what I needed, but Brie showed me a unit that works even better and saved me money! Danielle, Brie, and Jillian had no problem answering questions about moving and supplies I would need to keep my belongings secure during the move and in storage. I would highly recommend this facility due to how clean and safe it is as well as the warm and welcoming staff members. These three lovely ladies definitely know what they are doing!!! Thank you for making my moving experience easier than I expected it to be.

Im in the middle of moving and was in desperate need to supplies. I stopped by to see what they had while I was driving and man did I hit the jack pot! Jillian and Brianna welcomed me as soon as I walked in and were extremely helpful. Jillian asked me questions about what I was packing and set me up with exactly what I needed. My stuff fit into everything perfectly and I know my stuff is protected for my move. Jillian and Brianna even helped me carrying everything to my car. I know if I ever need storage, Id definitely come here since the staff was amazing. Thank you for your help ladies!

I went for an appointment at this location Quiles was waiting for me at the office went I arrive. and i got to say how friendly he is. went I arrived to the location I was worried about living my stoft in storage but went Quiles walk with me to the building and show me the benefits of the location and building he make me feel like I was in the right place. Im so happy with the space he rent me. the building is in a beautiful location and the property is so clean. thank you Quiles for helping me with my needs.

Weve been to a lot of public storage facilities due to our services at hand but id have to contest that the melville public storages are the best by far. Jillian, one of the staff there has given us many wonderful experiences, great assistance and even helped us on certain customer satisfaction circumstances that put our workers in great standing with work management and so on. thank you melville public storages for being the top notch storage facility weve witnessed by far!

Just set up my storage unit with Public Storage this afternoon. Got a great deal with a Memorial Day promo. Astor helped me out with the paperwork, answered all my questions, and showed me the facility. It was clean, climate-controlled, and it seems like easy access from the front loading area to my unit. The process was thorough and easy. Over the phone I spoke with Quiles, and in person Astor helped me out. They were both very professional, friendly and helpful.

I just want to take the time to let everyone knows what a great storage place this is. my wife and I have 2 units at this location and we been in there for a couple of years. I have to say that every time we need something from the office Quiles and astor are so friendly and they maintain the property realy clean. Everytime I have a problem they resolved it right away. Confirming and checking in for the first time was a breeze. Astor was a tremendous help in explaining everythig I needed to know about the unit I rented, and the entire storage unit process. I needed TV storage boxes, and he showed me the size I needed for the TV sets that I had. He also walked me thru the entrance procedure and keypad use. He is an asset to this organization and his caring for the renter is outstanding.

Jillian, Danielle, Brianna and Brian were all so welcoming and helpful. When I walked into the office, I was greeted by all and Jillian showed me the best unit that would fit my belongings. She was extremely knowledgeable and even showed me what I would need to keep my items protected while my things were in storage. I would highly recommend this location since its very secure, clean, and the staff is just wonderful!

I just want to write something nice about the employees at this storage place. Everytime I come to the office to get a push car to bring my stoft in the building, the employees are very friendly with me and not to mention how clean they maintain this building. A big smile comes a long way and this workers in this location make you feel like home. Thank you public storage for making our life so easy.

This place has done a 180 since getting rid of the old manager and staff. Not only are they really friendly and helpful but the place has never looked better. Danielle, Jill, and Brianna have done a wonderful job. I was disappointed to hear the old manager was only transferred versus being terminated but since the new team is so good i can look past it. Thanks for the help guys.

I came to this storage facility to buy some boxes because Im moving I didnt knew what I need it. I have never move before but the employees are amazing. They took all my information about what I was bringing in and they provided me with everything I needed. I also end up renting a space. There first month promotion with no contract are the best. I recommend this facility to anyone.
