Westys is the best storage experience to be found bar none!! The facility itself is beautiful, well lit, secure, climate controlled and pristinely clean. Customer service is their highest priority and they will exceed your expectations at every possible turn. They are always friendly and professional and its a pleasure to work with them. Michael and Julissa especially were a pleasure to work with. Thank you to the them and the rest of the Westys Stamford facility. You helped make the storage aspect of an otherwise stressful move, actually PLEASANT! If I ever need to use a storage unit again, I know exactly where Ill go!

If I were going to create a storage facility, this is exactly how I would do it! The staff (Julissa & her whole crew) is amazingly kind, professional and accommodating. The facility is always clean, super safe and the temperature is always just right (for me when Im moving my belongings and for my actual belongings while their in my storage units too). I highly recommend this company and this location in particular. You get what you pay for and the kindness, ease and safety they provide is well worth it!!

I write few reviews on line. I needed a safe and secure place to store belongings for a short period of time. The staff at Westy Self Storage in Stamford CT was helpful at every step. I especially liked the ability to rent their truck on move in day - which was super convenient. Every time I stopped by the office I was offered a complementary bottle of Westy water. They could not have been more helpful or pleasant.

I’ve been a Westy customer at the Stamford location for nearly 4 years and Westy never fails to impress ne. The cleanliness of the building is immaculate and the staff is always very professional and friendly. The caring attitude of the staff coupled with the use of the building always makes me experience a positive one. Ive had use self-storage facilities in various locations around the US and I can say that Westy in Stamford is, hands down, the best storage business that Ive used. The facility is very secure, kept spotlessly clean and staffed by friendly, helpful folks. They have all of the gear necessary to move just about anything in and out easily and the location is simple to find. Westy is the 5-star hotel of storage.

I have stored things at Westys for over 5 years. The facility is conveniently located, has ample parking, is immaculate, and the staff is incredible. Yesterday, I closed out my storage unit with the help of their small rental van. Dan on staff could not have been more helpful, kind and competent. The whole experience was delightful. Ive used this Westy twice now. It is unfailingly clean, the climate is perfectly controlled - Ive stored mattresses and books without any damage to them. The service is AMAZING - very friendly. The prices are reasonable and the rolling carts and dollies make it very easy to get even cumbersome items into and out of our storage unit.

Amazing service, they are kind, its very, very clean facility, they have all the equipment you need to make any move easy, including a trunk for the day of your move for FREE!!!!! I would highly recommend keeping your belongings here- you know they will be safe and well treated!!!
