I have had a storage space at this location since it was Westys. I moved my items there from a previous storage facility due to their lack of attention to my concerns regarding the leaky roof (leaking directly into my space.) It was not too long after the Westys became an Uncle Bobs. I was concerned at first because I was unfamiliar with the "new" company and after my previous chain experience, I was cautious. I have been pleasantly satisfied! I have dealt with a previous Manager, the current one, Mike, and the Associate Manager, LaShawn, all of whom are kind, professional and cooperative. Due to the nature of my reasons for having the storage space, I tend to be in and out randomly. The facility is as clean and well-kept; it is rare that I am there and do not see the kind gentlemen pushing the broom around the facility or cleaning an area. The temperature of the facility is always appropriate for the season and I have yet to be aware of any roof issues, and I am on the top floor (yes, again.) They are friendly and helpful in the store as well as at the customer service number. I will definitely recommend Uncle Bobs as a storage facility, whether for personal or business use!

5+ STARS #LIFESTORAGE After one knowledgeable phone call, a few days of crazy packing, and a stressful morning, the staff(Mike) at Life Storage put my mind at ease I walked into a clean, well managed/maintained facility and was greeted with not only a smile, but a warm welcome. We all know the anxiety of moving. However, when you know, beyond a shadow of a doubt your precious belongings are safe and sound that piece of mind is invaluable. Thank you Life Storage for being the bedrock of ease and comfort in a crazy world!

We were looking for storage unit or two to hold our things for several months while we were in between homes. Weve never rented space before so we checked out several companies before deciding on Uncle Bobs. This place is so clean! The building is very secure, has reasonable hours and the loading area is really big. Being able to rent the large truck if we needed to was also a plus. Mike was very helpful and clearly explained our unit options and pricing. We are very happy with Uncle Bobs.

The staff at Uncle Bobs storage has been amazingly helpful. Mike and LaShawn were kind and patient through our multiple moves and move outs while transitioning from NYC apartment living to our little elf house in the burbs. If anyone needs storage the Farmingdale Uncle Bobs storage is the place to go to ensure you have great service that is clean, safe and easy to work in while you are storing your belongings and organizing your moves.

Mike was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our needs while cleaning out two storage units and loading up a uhaul. He even made sure that the fragile dollhouse we had to cart across state lines was securely and safely fastened down (even finding leftover foam pieces to make sure it had padding!). I cant recommend this place and its workers highly enough.

Five stars for life storage in farmingdale. Answered all questions , recommended their services & equipment. Supplied a moving truck for my needs, dolleys & hand carts available for transporting into facility. Units are clean well lit & temperature controlled. Mike ,Phil & Mike were helpful & courteous . I would definitely refer to others.

Amazing Staff!!! Im downsizing a bit, so I needed to find a storage facility in the area. This is BY FAR the BEST place. The company I work for has a space at This location and at other buildings that are not Uncle Bobs. I hear stories on how messed up everything could be. Im glad we use this building! My inventory is always delivered to my space in a neat and orderly fashion. Mike goes the extra mile everyday!
