Had a great experience here. Just came in for a quick tire rotation on my 2016 Ford Focus RS. It was after 5pm and my local good year said they could not help me out same day (even though they had no one waiting for service) and turned me down. Quickly looked for an alternative location and this pep boys was the closest. Came on over and first thing I noticed when I walked in was a lot of people waiting for their cars ( at least 5 ) so my first thought was its not going to happen. But I was wrong. They greeted me warmly and said it may take 45 mins to an hour but they would definitely help me out. Really happy with that response. Sat down and got some office work done and not even 30 mins later my car was already up on a lift getting worked on and 10 mins after that I was out the door. I know my job was nothing major but it was the respect and friendly customer service I was given that won me over. Would definitely come back again for how they treated me. Two thumbs up.

Low tire warning came on the dash Saturday night. Discovered a nail smack dab in the center of the left rear tire. The tires were otherwise nearly new (we had just purchased the car two weeks before!) and I didnt want to have to replace it, so I looked online for anyone who offered repairs and this Pep Boys location came up. We stopped in Sunday afternoon (many places are not open on a Sunday in the first place!) and were immediately greeted. Very friendly and they promptly took the car in to take a look. Within about 10 minutes, they had patched the tired and remounted it. While we waited, we chatted with the guy behind the counter (I think his name was Dan?) and he couldnt have been nicer. No pressure, no sales pitch to buy tires, no upcharges or hidden fees - just very quick and friendly service. I would DEFINITELY return when I need to buy new tires.

Absolutely hands down the best place to go for all of your repair needs! Went there last year when several places (including Sears) told me that my vehicle (which is an 04 Kia Sorento) was blown up and there was nothing they could do. I called the Pep Boys in Spring Hill and they referred me to this one. They were extremely friendly and reasonable and found the problem, which turned out to be a harmonic balancer/pully/bearings in the pully. My vehicle has ran great ever since. Today I ran over a huge screw (thankfully only 3 miles away consindering I live in Port Richey), got it in, patched it up and got it out all in about 10 minutes are so. I am so greatful for the mechanics here, and will reccomend them to everyone I know. They are friendly, honest, knowledgable, affordable and fast.

Fantastic service and employees! Richard and the guys at this shop were great to deal with. Easy online ordering of the tires and appointment set up. Prices were very competitive and I wanted to try out a new place. I always like to find a good business to work with, close to home. Arrived on time and they got right on the install. Richard was very professional and nice to speak with. The tech who worked on the car, Jerry, was also very nice and good to meet. They were very careful with the car and treated it like it was their own. Came back in the same shape as it went in. Clean. I will return to this shop for sure. I would recommend them if you are looking for a decent independent shop in the area. Good prices and service with a smile.

please know that the whole staff especially Tim Evans and Scott Patterson in your Clearwater Fl service center are the most awesome honest and caring people I have ever met. I have never met people like them in my whole life. No one that goes above and beyond like they do. If they left for another store I would follow them. I recommend them to everyone I meet and I just want your company to know how wonderful they are. I had barely any money, they bought me lunch. I sit there and see how they are with other people and they are wonderful, mechanics are wonderful too. its like going to a local garage of someone you know because thats how they treat you. These people, everyone of them should be commended.

My truck broke down near US 19 and after it had been jumped I was unsure where to go since we had moved to the area. I looked up car repair and pepboys popped up with a great rating so I took my truck there. The manager and staff were exceptionally kind and were able to get my truck in right away. They looked it over and explained what was wrong with it and what it would take to fix the problem. They were able to fix the truck quickly and for a fair price! They made it a situation that could be tough and stressful more relaxing and they genuinely cared about helping me. I have definitely found where I will be taking my two family cars to from now on! I highly recommend this place!!

I have to say an overall very good experience! I went in for an oil change and oil/coolant leak diagnosis. A little more work was required than originally planned so they had an associate drive me home. They consistently kept me updated which is nice. My truck had to stay over night, which is no big deal cause shes running great now! I also must add: they unfortunately had to turn down a customer who was trying to get their ac fixed. Their Certified AC tech wasnt in and Richard didnt want anyone who wasnt qualified or who would misdiagnosed the issue! What shop does that?! Thanks Richard and Scott (and the guys in the shop), youre both running a great shop.

Usually have great service, but not today. Maybe because its a Sunday? Made an appointment; 40 minutes later car finally in a bin. I asked about the timing since I have other places to be soon. Attendant decided to skip the tire rotation without asking me ... charges quoted were twice what I was expecting (based on what I saw online when setting up appointment.) Will stick to the weekday staff from now on. Update - the Manager reached out to me so I am changing my selection from 3 stars to 5. His genuine concern for my experience shows me that he values great customer service.

I looked all over for a good tire and oil change place with decent reviews. This was the best one on google for me locally. Michael helped me out, and the reviews arent wrong. I got an oil change and tires and they started working on my car as soon as I pulled in. Their prices were better than every quote I got in the area and their customer service was A+. If you want to avoid the unsettling feeling you get from some auto shops trying to scam you, I promise you, just go here.

I called for a $20 quote on a tire patch on one of my tires because it had a screw head in it. With out knowing if it punctured the tire, it still held air and i played it safe by taking it to this shop. When finished the mechanic said it needed two patches for $40. Maybe they just have poor business practice but since they did not check with me first I feel like they try to take advantage of people or maybe $20 is not worth their time.
