Ive visited this place before an they have done great work for me, but recently I dropped off my car for some parts to fix my alignment an front suspension on my 2000 mustang gt. i got the car back in worse shape than when i dropped it off. parts were put on backwards an failed to tell me that the ball joints in the front were toasted, they continued with the job an did an alignment on the car(which does nothing with bad ball joints) i got the car back an had a loud bang on every small bump in the road i returned for them to figure out the problem, then returned at the end of that day,car wasnt touched at all.... They told to bring it back the next day so i did, in which they told me they could take care of this the next day as they had too much work. so I brought it in 3 days in a row an was denied every day, that they didnt have the staff to do it, I finally took it to another shop to complete the work which is where i was informed of the issues with the car. i returned to maybe get a refund for the improper work done. they told me there is no warranty on parts....parts were not the problem, the mechanic who "completed" the job was the problem. The other shop completed the work an fixed my problem in less than an hour. I have still yet to receive my money back for an alignment that does absolutely nothing because of my ball-joints an my car does not go in a straight line thank you Awards Auto "repair" for stealing my money.

This place is horrible took my car to have exhaust manifold gasket done,they told me it would be done that day.....3 days later after arguing with them I finally got my car back exhaust manifold gasket was replaced, as soon as I got in car brakes went to floor a day later I smelled burning pulled the tire off and found my break caliper locked up on rotors BOTH SIDES horrible customer service and cost another 450 to fix the repairs this place is a joke with no communication skills I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE AGAIN!!!!!BEWARE

owner charged me 19.99 for a synthetic oil change. i asked him if he was going to use SYNTHETIC OIL not conventional oil.. and he said yes no problem!!! ... im not sure why synthetic oil changes are at a wayyy lower price here than anywhere else ( everywhere else was charging $50 to $80) not sure if i got duped into just buying a conventional oil change just so they can make money.. :/ this was about 5-6 months ago

Decided to come here because its very close to my home and I was really tired of driving all the way to my dealership for an oil change. There very professional. I waited about five minutes, paid and was out of there. I will come here every time I need anything done with my vehicle from now on. Id also recommend Awards to anyone who asks.
