Went in for the black Friday rebate deal. They were slammed busy Friday so I only paid for my tires and wheels and set up an appointment for the next day. When I showed up for my appointment it turned out that my pressure sensors were not ordered. Aaron wanted to make sure I was taken care of so he had his guys take the old sensors from my other wheels and install them. Service staff stayed past close to get my car done and Aaron absorbed the additional labor cost to get it done. A thank you to the service guys and Aaron for taking care of me. I will be back for summer tires in a few months.

Very friendly & fast service with a smile every order. My new car did not come with a spare. Dealership wanted $665 for the kit. I went to this location to see what was available. They sold me a new rim, tire, lug nuts & tool for $ 205.50. I mentioned to Nick (counter person) that my air pressure sensor was not reading the correct tire. He said the tires were probably rotated & the sensors were not reset. Nick said to bring the car in to have the sensors reset & they would fix the flat for free. Great customer service. I will return for future service when needed.

My wife took her vehicle in to have a patch installed. She called me to inform that the serviceman(Joe) said the tire needed replaced because their patches wouldnt fill the hole and even if it did the risk of the belt rusting from the patched area would ruin the tire. I told my wife to go to Huddle tire where they promptly fixed it cheaply and quickly. Joe was very un professional at Discount Tire to my wife. Women dont let them take advantage of you.

Brought my wifes Rogue in because one tire had a nail hole in it (run flats, thankfully). Joe took it in to their garage and they fixed it. We were in and out in under 30 minutes and there was no charge (!?!?!?!?). Weve bought tires, alignments, etc there before but this was a welcome surprise. Theyve earned a very loyal customer.
