Made an appointment online and when I arrived, I noticed the shop looked completely full... But my nerves were put to rest when my car was promptly taken in and my services of tire rotation, 39-point inspection and oil charge began. I didnt wait long at all and everything seems wonderful! I also want to point out that Terry, the assistant manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with - personable, sweet, and professional, he was the epitome of great customer service. I will definitely be back! Great work Reynoldsburg Location!

Great service. Ive had 2 tires replaced which picked up screws while driving. They replaced both tires free of charge because of the "road hazard warranty coverage I purchased..... WELL WORTH THE SMALL EXTRA COST.... get this protection, you wont regret it! Professional staff, great service, no BS. Been going her for many years. Very trustworthy, they will NOT try to talk you into fixing/replacing parts that dont need replacement! Low prices on name brand quality tires (and OEM parts. Highly recommended. AAA+ rating in my book.

Terrible service had a transmission problem they shopped it out to another the. Doubled the price. After declining service went threw there bs to get them to release my car, and multiple arguments with ray(rudest person Ive met in a while). 4 days later I still havent gotten my car back and just a migraine from dealing with them since they left it somewhere else and refuse to return it. Go elsewhere.

So very pleased with these guys! I was dreading getting the work done because of a previous experience elsewhere shortly after moving to the area, but Terry and Jason were absolute delights to work with. Fair prices, kind people, clean waiting areas, and quality work. couldnt have asked for better! I doubt Ill take my car anywhere else as long as I live in CBus. Thanks again, guys!

Team didnt think theyd be able to fit me in but not only did but had my auto ready in about 3-4hrs. Very pleased with the work. Labor IS a bit pricey, but when you dont know how to do the job yourself, thats the way it goes. You get what you pay for and Im happy to have my auto back working. If you want it done cheaply, then shop around.

It was nice to have a pleasant greeting dropping off and even picking up my car. I got a call during the day notifying my car was done and ready for pickup. Cost was explained along with things I need to consider. All in all I do plan to return to this AAA Car Care Center because they do care.
