Best customer service hands down. This place is honest, genuine, and informative. I usually take my car to a friends shop but they dont do sensors. Bought the car 4 mths ago and had my mechanic look it over first so I somewhat already knew what to expect. RPM didnt tell me anything I wasnt expecting. When I got a second opinion they tried to add things on that RPM said were fine nor did my mechanic mention. Renota even gave us a ride home, picked us up when it was done and provided us vwith a job referral. They were never pushy about anything or made me feel pressured to make a decision. They even showed me where everything was located and showed me the bad parts they removed. I highly recommend RPM. They made a stressful situation as easy as possible. Thank you Renota & Mark:)

I had my mother bring her car to this shop and relayed to them what she had told me. Unfortunately since I was inquiring about what all the expenses were and what exactly they were doing to the vehicle they decided not to work on it. This tells me that they were likely going to try to get some free money out of this since I myself know a bit about cars. They charged $85 just to hook the car up to a computer, most places offer this for free, and then told me it was going to cost $95 to diagnose further just one of the issues before theyd do any work. My primary issue is that I am knowledgeable about cars and when asking for details they got nervous and declined to work on my mothers vehicle. Also attempting to besmirch a customer is never a good sign for a business.

I took my 98 Black Camaro to RPM on Friday, the greeter was very short with me (new i suppose) shared no information with me about my car or the company like i would expect as a customer. She did not tell me what time they were open till. All she said was wait till we call you about your car. Hours and hours go by and i soon come to realise on google that they closed at 5!!!!!!! Didnt even look at my car, didnt atleast call to tell me that they didnt get a chance to. Then i find out that they are closed sat-sun! very dissapointing and frustrating. very unprofessional. im left without a car until Monday. And thats only if they decide to look at my car then. Definately never coming back here and dont reccomend RPM to anyone that needs a car to drive...

These guys are amazing and honest! I purchased a vehicle from a local car dealer that told me the car was just checked out and in great shape. I took it to RPM the next day to have it checked out and and they found several things wrong with it the main thing was the tires that were 6yrs. Old and dry rotted and coming apart. The sales man at the dealership told me that the tires were new! I took the car back to the dealership with the report I got from RPM and showed it to the general manager and he took the car back and said he will make everything right ! Thanks to the guys at RPM for saving me a huge repair bill on this car! You got my business from now on ! JIM LEAS New Port Richey

RPM is the best auto repair facilities that I have ever used. I have the utmost confidence in fixing the actual problem at hand. They are teched up and smartened up enough to figure out any problem and how to best fix it with out doing trial and error mechanics on their customers like many places I have used in the past. Their charges are fair and accurate. They do their best to keep the cost down by finding parts from suppliers that cost less so the ultimate charge to the customer is less. Many shops dont care about the prices of their parts which cost customers much more. RPM also gets the job done quickly and correctly.

We have been so happy with R(enata) P(lus) M(ark) for about 10 years now, ever since we found them. We have referred RPM to others and they are happy regulars too. As a qualified AAA shop their diagnoses are excellent, their prices fine, and always honest. Example: Had my car at the dealer for a recall and they said I needed 4 new tires. Mark looked at them and said no. About a year later we replaced 2, with good price at RPM. The other 2 still good. They know what theyre doing and do it very well!
