Friendly staff, great service, air conditioned units, clean facility, easy listening music is playing in the hallway, and its a safe and quiet neighborhood. Did I mention, its just blocks away from downtown Hollywoods restaurants. What more can you ask for? Los empleados son cortes, tienen buen servicio, las unidades tienen aire condicionado, las facilidades son limpias, se oye musica en el pasillo, y el vecindario es seguro.

It was such a wonderful, refreshing storage experience. My goodness! The managers at the location remind me of Walt Disney World reps. They have such pleasant demeanors and make what can be a very stressful experience an amazing, fun-filled one. They do love their jobs! The whole facility is completely air-conditioned, a nice reprieve from the hot, Florida sun. I just moved out and my belongings were kept safe, clean and free from bugs (unlike an experience my brother had at another storage company which shall remain nameless). They actually have pest control as part of the package, which is awesome! Thank you, Joe and Christina!! I would totally recommend your storage facility a hundred times over.

I have rented two units here, and would definitely use this location again should the need arise. They are in a great central location I feel safe going to at any time of day or night. I have rented at other supposedly climate controlled facilities, and there is a vast difference between what each feels is a good temperature for furniture and belongings. They keep it nice and cool here. It is also very clean and the staff is very helpful at every turn. Joe and Christina come to mind. I couldnt get in one night and the customer service people on the outside phone helped immediately; turned out to be a code confusion on my part. Easy access, dollies available, big elevator and hallways, etc.

I have been with this facility for more than two years and have been very happy with Kip and Christina. They are both extremely helpful , the customer service is awesome , Christina & Kip dose everything possible to make you feel right at home and comfortable with all your storage needs . Kip and Cristina are always available to handle questions , evaluate my storage needs and provide a clean and secure facility.With Extra Space Storage (Hollywood Location - 33020 ) you get a clean facility with excellent security and awesome customer service. You can be assured that your valuables will be safe and easy for you to access . I will definitely recommend the facility to others.

This place is right down the block from where I live, the staff was very friendly and very helpful in finding me the best unit for the best price. We rented a 10x10 unit, which was perfect for all our stuff. The person who rented us our unit even went online to ensure we were getting the best price, and by doing so, saved us $30 per month! My only complaint (and this is a double edged sword) is the redundant security in the complex, you have to enter your code to get into the building and then you have to enter it again to use the elevator, plus you have to use it every time you use the elevator. Its somewhat of a pain, but I guess its necessary to keep everything safe.

The best storage facility in East Hollywood. Building is well-maintained and always clean. Upgrading and maintaining a professional facility is clearly a top priority. Even more important to me, however, is their extremely professional and courteous staff! Christina is always helpful and knows her customers well. Ive been a customer for over four years and since day one Kip was the most professional and customer-oriented manager in the business. Now hat Christina is manager, little has changed. They are always willing to go the extra step to provide excellent service.

The team at Extra Space Storage is great, very helpful and extremely friendly. Joe was super nice getting us setup with a unit that was exactly what we requested and made it quick & easy to get started. The facilities are very clean and the unit was ready to go when we showed up. No complaints and we felt great leaving most of our belongings there in the very secure, temperature controlled environment while we await our house to be finished. Thanks Joe for your help! ive been maintaining a storage space for many years now and Extra Space Storage has been the best facility ive ever used, although a bit more expensive. Kip and Christina keep the place spotlessly clean and secure - and they are always very personable and efficient and professional. im in and out of there a lot and they are always a pleasure to say hello to. good people with kind hearts are rare and always a treat to work with. wish more people were like them. This facility has the worst customer service, I called multiple times and was continuously put on hold, I tried to get a final quote on a specific unit and was told a specific price, but after I went in to sign a lease was a different price. The attendant who referred to himself as Kip was very rude and passive. He attempted to raise the price on me without giving useful information. Overall it was bad customer service and the experience was not pleasant.

Ive used this facility on a number of occasions. Christina and Joe are the best. They were very understanding helpful and courteous towards me and my situation. No matter the time you come to your unit its always clean well lit and you feel safe. I dont get that using other storage facilities. I have and will only recommend this extra space storage facility to anyone looking to store some things.... I love them
