I want to relate the most wonderful experience I had with Cassandra and Dennison at my Public Storage. I was awaiting delivery of some family items from a shipping company to my Public Storage unit. The delivery company was scheduled later in the day and I arrived early to make sure I was there to accept delivery. Right from the start Cassandra and Dennison made me feel welcomed and relaxed. The atmosphere was both pleasant and warm, I truly felt as though I was in my own home. My anxiety quickly left as they made me feel like family. I was provided with drink and friendly conversation to help me pass the time. I feel their professionalism went well above and beyond. I can not speak highly enough about these two individuals that I hope and pray will be around for as long as I am a customer at Public Storage. As a professional this Sunny Isles Public Storage will serve as a flagship and come highly recommended. Most of all I will surely share this wonderful experience I had with Cassandra and Dennison with all my professional friends.

I have been at the Sunny Isles Public Storage for sooooo many years. Dennison and Cassandra are the BEST!!! Not only are they always friendly and have a smile and a kind word when you come through the front door, but they are very responsible to their clients!!! If it were not for Dennison and Cassandra, I would have moved my "stuff" somewhere else. Cassandra is truly a professional!!, best costumer service Ive ever had, she made things run so smooth and no complications , before i knew it i was already done with the paper work and stared moving my stuff.In fact i cud say that even if by any reason it takes her a more time , it wouldnt matter because she is such a delightful person!! 5 stars!.aside from that the place is very neat and organize ,location is also very good

I had a wonderful experience with the crew at Public Storage at Sunny Isles Blvd! Dennison and other staff members were extremely helpful and patient, as I had a very long move. When I arrived, Dennison explained everything (security, code/elevator process, billing, etc.) very well! I feel very comfortable leaving my belongings in this secure and clean location. I highly recommend this Public Storage location!!

The staff thats there are very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the company. Theres this lady by the name of Sandra, I think thats her name... But anyways shes the one that really keeps the place in order. If I ever want to do a customer service training class. I would hire her to teach the class. Overall I love going there for my moving needs.

Great place, very clean. Saundra was very helpful and understanding of my needs. My daughter just finished college and brought back appliances and furniture that I needed to store. The price was also very reasonable. Thank you guys for helping me in such a short time.
