All the great ratings about this place that you find on Google were done by their friends and family members heres a mere fact through This place isnt. Storage facility its more of a dump! Units are done with cheap plywood bathrooms are nasty! Stairwell smell like piss, loading dock area is locked with a note. On door saying emergency exit alarm would sound note on the door when that door has an access pad to gain entry to the forced boot camp.. . Extra Space storage renovation is a joke.. Management lives on site ha! even funnier! I have 2 cars both with payments gave a notice to vacate after paying to move units the manager want to say to me that I live here why there was no hello how are you today it was a strictly you live here remark sorry buddy I mean well more than $8 an hour like you do great job and Im my own boss are you looking for work really or are you going to live in a storage place is not a good place for you longing a thief would love this place its so easy to get into I often find doors left wide open my managers or lazy construction workers who show you how to get into the building even when youre close your access code is not safe in this place management give them out to their friends how to find new employees opening locks and putting things in their vehicles and then leaving that other customers unit left wide open this place is unsafe unsanitary and unreal

I dont understand all the great ratings and compliments towards this place. Storage units are cheap ply wood with metal hooks to put your lock on which can easily be broken off by anyone. But thats not a big deal as much as there "market strategy" as they say. You pick this place to store your things because it seems to be at a fair price and then they raise your rates after 4 months. Now they say the unit appraises for more than what Im paying right, and then u look online and there still renting units at lower rates. Ive had storage other places before and never had a rate increase just because and if I did I would expect there rates to increase for even new customers but thats not the case. U pack all your stuff up, put it in storage and they slowly increase your rates knowing it cost more to move it and most want to avoid the hassle. I get it. Its a quick buck and there right. Its not worth the hassle moving all your belongings to save 30 a month. But its worthy a bad review so new customers are aware of the situation.

I found this place through a friend and the price was perfect. I truly enjoyed working with Nina. Out of the all she was the best one that I have worked with! There was one employee that was very rude when I called but I have not heard nor seen that woman since I said something to management. The place is under construction and so that is a little bit of an inconvenience when u are on the other side of the building. Overall Im pleased and happy.

This was my first time renting a storage and it was a great experience . Ive heard tons of bad things about storage places, like bugs, dirty, hot, expensive etc. Extra space storage was everything but ! They were always friendly. Sinel and Nina are awesome & are always there to help. The storage was super clean, never seen one bug anywhere . If I ever need a storage place again .... I know exactly where Im going .

Marya and siniel was the best people i met at extra. Space storage was fast on point very passionate and understanding and they chose the right space storage unit for me without any hassel price are right and reasonable i would definitely recommend over here to family and friends and anyone looking to put away any items you wont regret i give it 5 stars all the way cant not beat extra space storage ..

Just generally crabby attitudes from people working there. Said theyd call when packages are received and they never ever did. When I asked they literally put up their hands and said they had too much to do. I thought that was awful considering they said they would when I signed up. Place is dirty with zero lighting. With so many other options, why deal with a staff who obviously hates their job?

Single was the agent that help me, and his kindness and cordial attention made feel welcome and by the time I was done, I could not be any happier I have chosen them. Their price is reasonable and all my stuff is safe thats k to all the siverllance around the key points to of their installations.

The assistant store manager Nian Soto was very helpful in resolving our storage problem. She was courteous, friendly and went out of her way to help when she didnt have to. The storage facility has a new office, new carts and fresh paint. Quite an improvement over the last owners.

Alot of renovation is being done. Air conditioned units. Reasonable prices! Code prior to entering building and a code necessary for elevators. Very safe and secure. Cameras on all floors. And Manager very professional.. This place is by far the best storage facility in the area!
