Horrible experience! I came here on the 1st day to get a storage unit and when I arrived there was one of those signs on the door saying that the office person stepped out and would be back in like an hour or so. Then on the 2nd day I came back and guess what, again the office person stepped out and would be back in an hour or so. Mind you both times, I was there within the stated office hours, yet the office was un-staffed and locked up. So I called the number on the door and asked them to have the manager call me once the office was open (and actually OPEN) and I was assured Id get a call back...its now 3 days later and no call. In the end, I ended up going down the road to Safeguard Storage and got a 5x10 climate controlled for $30 LESS per month and 99 cents for the first month...and oh I forgot to mention, their office is actually OPEN and staffed when its supposed to be! How bout that, novel thought...

These people are liars. Called them last week. They said that they would provide free truck use and name your price for first full month. Left my name, email and phone number so that I could be contacted about the size storage unit that I needed. Heard nothing from them. When I called them today they said their specials had changed and that all the things that I spoke to their rep. last week were no longer available even though they are still advertising these specials on Google. Dont waste your time.

I have had an amazing experience at this location. Cameron and his staff are very professional and make you feel like family. The facility is well maintained,very clean and easily accessible. I am a current customer and a returning customer. The only negative is that I feel they are expensive for an outside unit. Other storage facilities in the near by area have equal accommodations and excellent customer service as well for better pricing and discounts with a/c.

The manager Alicia must have been trained by the finest available in the storage business! She was very helpful during my time Ive spent with Uncle Bobs and I have recommended Uncle Bobs to 6 other people based off the customer service. Thanks again Alicia for your professionalism and patience considering the times you were busy and remained helpful and informative. I no longer need the storage space but I would come back due to the service.

The store manager (Alicia Service) was an absolute delight with a real eye on customer service. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs were met. Customer service in general has been lacking in just about every business, it was really refreshing to see a manager that was vibrant, happy and more than willing to help me. To whom it may concern, this woman needs a raise!!! She is awesome!

The management at uncle bobs is exceptional. The friendly staff make you feel blowing $300 a month is worth it. Lol! I have been at this location for 20 years. I must say the leadership team now is one of the finest I seen. The manager Alicia seems to be very customer friendly and proud to be where she is on the corporate leader.

I have had several storage units at various locations, here and at competitors. Alicia constantly impressed me with her professionalism and eagerness to help. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of some extra space. The facility is clean and convenient and the staff has been more than accomodating. 5 stars!!!

Im a six year customer with uncle bobs storage. My experience has been great. I enjoy the great customer service and its very convenient to my home. Alicia the manager is very nice when I go into the office to make a payment or ask questions. She very helpful and that makes a big difference in keeping loyal customers.
