Ive been renting from this facility since 1998 thru the present. It recently charged from Commercial Center to Lighthouse Storage. Many improvements came with this change. New gates, asphalt, paint, locks, automated security gate, security cameras, just to name a few. Security is very important and this place is very secure. New people run it now. Most notable is April. She has shown a very high level of professionalism while maintaining a very human and familiar feel. She understands my small business needs and goes above and beyond to accommodate them in this tough economy. The prices have gone up. The level, and quality of service also went up. I am talking about April again. Thank you very much for understanding my small business needs. The fact that she is such a pleasure to work with is the only reason Im still here. I recently moved to Florida and needed a storage room. My work required me to get a room with electricity and lighting. I found out this is not easy to find. Lighthouse had everything I required. There rooms are big and spacious. Some of them even include shelving which is very helpful and makes it easier to unload and stack belongings. There service is superb. They have accepted deliveries for me. They also allow access to there dumpster. Great facility!

To anyone seeking real people when dealing with a storage company. I am overwhelmed by the compassion, consideration, and just great service provided by their staff. Both April and Mike are down to earth and super friendly. They walked me through the entire process and even made recommendations that saved me time and MONEY! Terrible experience, our monthly rent is changing every month. If they screw up your bill they put a lock on your unit. We have a lock on our unit now and no one has contacted us. They are not there on Saturday or Sunday so it will be 3 days that I am locked out for no reason except their miss management.

OMG THE CLEANEST STORAGE IVE EVER BEEN IN !!!! The staff is very professional and there prices are the most reasonable! People if you need to park your boat or trailer or even if you do small engine repair or wood work heck if you just want to store your items Lighthouse is the place to go!

I was on route to a different storage facility, when I saw the signs for $1 first month, and stopped in. Although, I was a bit disappointed at the misleading nature of the signs, I did decide to rent a unit here. Alex, was awesome, and went above and beyond great customer service.
