Wowww!!! Other reviewer below was 100% correct about the rude owner!!! Ive never been treated so bad by a person getting my business and money!! The property manager just walks around in circles w/his dog shouting orders at me like Im a child, instead of identifying himself first and asking me to do it. He then made another round around block and did it again!!! When I replied to him that he was being rude, he stomps his feet into the building demanding my unit number. Since Im in the process of moving in, I didnt remember it off the top of my head, so he went to go see which unit door was open. What does it matter which unit Im in? Is this a threat on his part? Hmm...I think I should call corporate and ask for a refund, then take my business elsewhere. He appears to make up rules as he goes, since both of his complaints (my dog and me smoking OUTSIDE!!!) are not in the paperwork I signed earlier today. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, SERIOUSLY!!! Ive stored things numerous times before and Ive NEVER had any issue with the management. I pay on time, Im respectful, and courteous. The latter 2 he is definitely not!!

Excellent service. We rented our unit from 6/15 to 3/16...We received excellent customer service from everyone we came into contact with. Max Anderson and Marjie were outstanding. They do get busy at times but I have never seen them upset. Everytime we checked on our unit they greeted us with big hellos and hand shakes.When we had questions they will call us back imidietly. If we ever need to use a storage facility again we will definitely be using this one...oh almost forgot Ron...Thank you all for the great service. The Velazquez Family

This was a wonderful experience, everyone was so amiable and straight forward about what the total price would be! Margie especially, she is the best! This is the first time I am leaving things in storage and I would definetely reccommend this place to anyone else. It is very convenient if you are a UCF student. Once again, there are no hidden fees, they tell you everything up front and I loved it! Most friendly staff ever! Excellent price! very safe!

Their customer service and staff are welcoming and friendly. The units are super clean. I love that I can access my unit 24 hours a day especially in times of dire need. The use of their truck for free is what really helped me as I was on a tight budget at the time of the move. I highly recommend this office. Be warned of the owners attitude. They do not aim to please. They run a low budget business. Be careful where you park. If you park in "their" parking spot (unmarked) they will box you in with their truck and when you come to the office to ask them to move so you can leave they will threaten you to "Never park there again." Yikes, talk about customer service.

Basides decent prices nice people and great customer service.. there are NO Cameras Inside... unlike other storage units nearby plus I had my storage units locked picked.. If you have things of value.. and someone wants to take your items inside of the climate controlled units.. be careful when storing here..

Love the staff....Linda and Jessica....The price was reasonable. Had my storage unit since August and next month will be my last month, but theyve been awesome. Wish I could remember the older gentlemans name that works in the back because hes been plenty helpful and nice also!

Marjie was very helpful and hooked it up with promotions and discounts. The free truck was a big selling point. Climate control was cheaper than regular storage as well. 247 access is huge. Highly recommend.
