Went in for 4 tires on an old F150 and John recommended a set of Cooper Adventurer A/Ts. Came back the next day (4/19/2016) and while John wasnt there, Jose helped me out and recommended the very same thing. We discussed LT rated tires, but he assured me for my usage, the Adventurers would do just fine. Sean, the technician did the work and was super quick, even though he was the only technician on duty that late in the day. We ran across an issue towards the end, but Jose and Sean made it right. Truck rides GREAT and I cant believe I waited as long as I did to have the service done. A side note - I perform almost 100% of the maintenance myself on this truck, as with all my vehicles. I know its not perfect with 240,000 miles on it, but at no point did John, Jose or Sean try to sell me something I didnt need or ask for. As a young family with our first child, these things add up for us and the way they treated me is truly refreshing in this industry. The candor, positive attitudes and effort that John, Jose and Sean all put forth will surely make me a customer for life. I would say, even if you have to drive a ways to get here, these are the guys to take your vehicles to. You wont be sorry. UPDATE: Not even 2 years ago we put tires on my wifes car at a competitors store. Within a week I knew that the alignment they did was wrong and had the car brought back, and of course, they claimed there was no issue. Well here we are less than 15,000 miles later and the tires are shot because of the poor alignment. After taking the car back to that shop, and basically being told I was a liar, I had my wife bring her car to these guys over at Pep Boys. John had the tires we needed ordered and in store within a few hours, and Tim and Jesse installed them, balanced perfectly and checked the alignment (that I ended up doing myself when the OTHER shop screwed it up). Since I apparently got it spot on, there was no need for them to do anything more and I was not charged. Did you hear that? Not charged. Absolutely phenomenal. This is how businesses are supposed to be run.

My first experience with Pep Boys was fantastic. As a female, I often get treated either with a dismissive attitude or with the intention of trying to take advantage of me at most car repair shops. Not the case here at all! They were super friendly and knowledgeable. Jose advised that I did not need certain services that I was coming in for and it saved me a ton of money. I would not have known and he easily could have just let me go ahead and pay for those unneeded services and I would have been none the wiser. He also checked my car out to see if it needed an alignment (as the prior place I went to had said that my car really needed one). Sure enough, he called me and said that my car was fine and an alignment was not needed. Instead they addressed two issues that I was unaware of, there was no pressure to get other things fixed that I did not want. Friendly, great service, honest and has integrity - they have most definitely earned my business!!

Lucky to have a reliable mechanic so close to my work. The entire staff here, manager and his employees are the kindest and most honest people. I normally dont care to bring my vehicle to a chain such as Pep Boys but im glad I have. They do their best to accommodate the customer and go above and beyond in every aspect of their business. Thanks for all your help and advice with my poor Honda and then again with my new Subaru. You guys saved me a ton of money and a lot of hassle. I will always speak highly of you and your staff.

Need two new front tires. Pep Boys initially quoted a higher rate than Tire Kingdom by about $30, but Jose at Pep Boys asked that I bring him a copy of the quote and Pep Boys would beat it by 5%. They did (I handed him my phone with the quote from online) and I got the tires installed for $20 less than Tire Kingdoms price. Overall, pretty fantastic experience. I suggest using their appointment system, I booked a 1PM appointment at 11:45AM and the work was done by 1:45PM.

Not like the other big chain stores. I highly recommend you give them a try. The staff treats you great, they provide quality work at a fair price. Weve been there at least a half dozen times since they opened and serviced both of our vehicles. A total pleasure to do business with!

Glad I started coming here. Nice staff and know what they are doing. I even went in to have a $115 diagnostic check for my airbags, John didnt even charge me for it. Just told me they resent the light and come back if it comes back on since it seemed to be working. Thanks guys!

Needed to have a tire puncture professionally repaired. They plugged it from the outside instead of patching it from the inside and didnt bother to check their work. Slow leak and another waste of four hours hours to get it re-repaired. Stay away!!!!

Very pleasant people, excellent customer service as well as very knowledgeable. I had new Cragar wheels and I needed new tires, etc. John went above and beyond, this has been the best service I have received so far. Would highly recommend to anyone.

They claimed they rotated my tires but my tpms has not moved positions. My truck came in with the tpms sensor not working left front tire and i left with sensor still in the same ledt front tire so they were obviously not rotated

The service was quick. I had an appointment for 8 oclock and was on the lift at 7:45...by 8:15 my car was ready. By the way, they had fresh coffee in the pot too. Great service. I will be back all my maintenance issues.

They quoted me over $1000 for parts and labor to fix the Air conditioning in my car. I went somewhere else and it(my car) only needed a freon charge no parts. These guys are nothing short of criminals.
