Ive been taking my German-made car to Tuffys for 3 years and counting for oil changes, alignments, electrical system work, cylinder timing and never once have they been short of outstanding. The owner and managers will take the time to get to know you and build a relationship with you and the car they service, allowing them to make better informed judgement calls with repairs. I recently sprung a coolant leak that was outside their servicing ability, and they didnt hesitate to give down-to-earth recommendations about other places in town they knew of that would be able to perform the service, while still doing the job at a price youve come to expect from Tuffys. What kind of selfless shop is customer-oriented to the point of ensuring you get the care you need while someone else gets your business? Take your car here for servicing. So hard to find trustworthy mechanics, and this shops a gem.

These guys are great to work with! They always treat us fairly and bend over backwards to make us happy. The tech guys work hard and know what they are doing. More importantly, they have proven they can be trusted. We like that! In the office we have dealt with Mark the Manager and CJ. They dont try to sell you a bunch of crap but we do like that they will point out something that needs attention now or perhaps in the near future. You know honestly, we have usually hated getting our cars serviced at most places. We dreaded it like going to the dentist or something. Port Orange Tuffy has taught us we can relax and enjoy the experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED:-)

It appears that you have never been a customer at Tuffy Port Orange. You had called the store last week looking for personal information on a car that we had worked on that you were going to purchase and you are upset that we wouldnt give it to you. I could not be happier with my experience at this Tuffy location earlier today. I dont usually write reviews on places but I have to share how awesome they are. Steve, at the counter, went above and beyond to help us. I work in a business that depends solely on customer relations and service and I was so surprised with our experience there. Ive never had a preferred auto shop before but I can say now I will never go anywhere else again. Thank you Tuffy! Your awesome.

We are two women who relocated from NY. Air conditioner broke when we arrived in mid April 5 years ago - OMG - they could have totally ripped us off - they did not! We have been going there for all of our oil changes and car maintenance needs on two vehicles ranging from breaks to a new timing belt. They are great, friendly and trustworthy. Go there, you will not be disappointed!

Was purchasing a car from a dealer. Spoke with CS representative. Asked him if I could get more info on the carfax on the vehicle upon maintenance performed. Gave me atitude, seemed unwilling to help even though I was wanting to get the dealer to ask them to release the information. Very rude. Very unhelpful. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Tuffy in Port Orange has always been upfront, polite, and fair every time, to me, family and friends. When other shops try to sell me stuff I dont need it reminds me that I should have gone here. Belt put on one time, squeaked after a week, took care of me and without any attitude. Love these guys!

Awesome service and always care! Been going there for years now and never let me down. Only thing better is cleaning the oil off the filter after changing it. But never had it leaking even though it looks like it. Mentioned it but no change. Hence a knocked off star;)
