I think the MOST PROFOUND point I want to make before even reading the rest, is that I actually felt "great enough" about my move, to come say "Thanks" on a review board. I have to admit. As I looked for movers, when I saw 24/7 pop up as the "Best of the Best"---my mind immediately thought "no way"--never heard of them, who from the company is making up fake emails/fake names to create fake reviews I CAN SWEAR TO YOU, I am "REAL" and a customer thats REALLY HAPPY. For several prior moves, I have used those movers, named after a Dog from Athens, GA.. NEVER AGAIN. If I had to click a "check box"--for my prior experience with movers...would have check marked "Indifferent"/"simply meets expectations", with 24/7---Id say--"Very Satisfied/Exceeds Expectations" Im really trying not to sound like an "Infomercial" However, these guys were BEYOND expectation!-- 24/7 out performs those Dog Movers EASILY 10:1 From the first time I called in to (book a move) with 24/7---to when the move ended with a Handshake/"Thank You". I 100% trusted this company had my "best interest"/"needs" as primary concern. I had a 2-man crew show up. Both were very professional in attitude and the way they represented the company. Which is precisely the point Im trying to make. After the typical greeting, the pointing out of "move this last as Ill need it first when we get there, etc"--They went straight to work.A professional attitude (ie. not simply treating my belongings as "another box to move"--but as someone who is a CUSTOMER---that has stuff in those boxes they care about, and should treat it accordingly. See, and this is whats most important. Because you never know WHO YOUR CUSTOMER KNOWS---so, while my moving job, might be a little simple "Two Man" crew job. However, because of the Industry I work in. I know more than 3 people who live in 20,000sq.ft PLUS--sized homes just in Atlanta. We have a great working relationship, and feel like as colleagues we can trust each others opinion. While I would have probably hedged/said "Naw"/pick someone else---according to my former moving experiences, I would absolutely 100% recommend 24/7 to her. The only thing I can think of "why havent I heard of them"---is probably because (Im guessing)--they actually HIRE-great employees--vs. trying to "sell" everyone how great they are! Thanks again!. Ill be moving again very soon (soon as I can find/purchase a new home)---will definitely use them again! "Very Satisfied"

UPDATE: 2015 - Used 24/7 again and was not disappointed. Original review from two years ago ... The best movers I have ever used. Hands down. When I first moved to the ATL I used Two Men and a Truck. They were late, rude and slow as molasses. I got no customer service whatsoever. I thought I was in for a mediocre experience with 24/7. I had to move up my time by an hour because I was having issues coordinating with the landlord to turn over the property. But it turned out they were very flexible and gave me some reasonable alternatives. They arrived exactly when they said they would, not a minute later. The movers were polite, paid attention to detail and efficient. I moved from an apartment with three flights of stairs and no elevator to a single-level duplex. The move out took a while, for obvious reasons. But they moved us in within 30 minutes. I looked at my watch to be sure. And they even set up both my beds. Their rates were quite reasonable and included furniture padding and a truck. No driving, no truck rentals, no paying for gas. I will be more than happy to call on them for any future moves. Life is too short and your time is too valuable to move yourself. In addition to hurting your back and imposing on your friends, you just dont do it enough to be efficient. These guys know what theyre doing and will help get you through what will likely be the hardest part of the move. Total time was four hours. If I hadnt had such a high-level condo, Im sure it wouldve taken less time. Do yourself a favor, save up some dough and hire these guys. Worth every penny. Believe me.

I had a great experience with this company. Started by submitting for an online quote, and after not hearing anything I called. Come to find out, the e-mail response had gone to my "Spam" folder so watch out for that, not their fault though obviously. I spoke with Timothy on the phone, he was very helpful and described everything. On the day of the move, the two guys showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They were very friendly and worked SUPER fast and smart as well (the one guy used moving tie downs to get about 3 or 4 boxes on his back to go down the stairs instead of carrying them one at a time). I was concerned at our new apartment because the unloading area is far from the elevators and I knew it was going to take longer than I had thought (There was also another moving company parked at main area). But the guys tried to get the truck in the best spot and again worked as fast as they possibly could. One of them even used some screws and repaired the leg of our coffee table which had been broken since we bought it, which was very nice and unexpected. They scratched the footboard of our bed, but it is pretty insignificant and that is the only damage I saw for the whole day. And they were very careful, wrapping everything in plastic and blankets to protect them. Overall a great experience and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to someone else.

When I did my Google search to select a moving company, 24/7 Moving stuck out because they offered three employees for similar rates to other companies that only offered two! After selecting them, I accidentally told them the wrong day to move, and was only made aware of it due to their reminder early in the week. I was able to still move on the day I told them, but due to parking restrictions near my apartment in Midtown, they were able to work with the schedule and come thirty minutes late. Once they arrived, they got to work immediately and quickly got my two bedroom apartment loaded up into the truck- no easy feat considering the excessive wait for the (non-service) elevator! At my new place they unloaded promptly, and did not put anything into a room without asking where it belonged first. While tipping is not expected, I would recommend it. The gentlemen moving me put in good work and an extra bump in pay is always a great way to say you appreciate the job they did! The moving lead mentioned repeatedly their ultimate goal was satisfying the customer. Based on my experience, they did just that! I had zero issues with them. In fact, as I mentioned above the only issue was me, when I called last minute to say I accidentally booked the wrong day! 24/7 Moving is highly recommended from me.

After relocating from San Diego and storing my entire collection of earthly goods for several months while my home was being completed. I researched moving companies and read horror stories about other peoples moving crew experiences and I was quite hesitant about choosing one. I finally nailed it down to 3. After Contacting them all I decided on 24/7 because of the person I first spoke to in the office named Timothy who was warm courteous and informative without that robotic response feeling that you sometimes get with folks that deal in sales. Then on moving day my expectations were exceeded above and beyond when Fred , Mario and Alejandro showed up. They were prompt professional attentive and ready. They took care of my property like it was their own, making sure during the process that I was completely satisfied. They made sure to ask if I was satisfied with the placement of big furniture items. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction. They worked quickly cleanly and there was no damage to my property floors or walls. Two of my friends were so impressed that right then and there they decided they would be using 24/7 to complete both their upcoming moves.
