I have scheduled to have our PODS picked up two times. Both times they did not show up. When I call to see why they did not show up they apologized and say their computers are broken and say they can pick them up in 4 or 5 days. It has now been two weeks and the PODs are still on my property. I called today to get this issue resolved. I was on the phone for over an hour today (after they did not show up yesterday) and the best they could do for me was tell me they can pick up the PODs in 4 days. For a business that picks up and drops off storage containers they are very unorganized. I would not recommend you use this service.

If your company is moving you and pays based on the weight of the goods that you move, avoid PODS like the plague. It took over a dozen calls to try to explain what my employer needed to repay me. The answers I got ranged from "We do this all the time, well take care of you," to "You didnt pay for other weight tickets." Finally, they didnt do it right. They made getting reimbursed for my move a nightmare. I wrongly assumed that they must supply weights of goods all the time and have established a process for this.

The POD costs $179 a month, which is rather expensive but the issue is roof of my daughters POD was sagging and collecting water. We were afraid owould burst and leak water on everything inside. When she called customer service the wait was more than 20 minutes and no answer, so I called sales and got right through and they did help us. You shouldnt have to wait as a paying customer on a 1-866 line.

We had a very positive experience with the entire PODS process. Delivery and pick-up schedules were always on time and it provided a very easy process in our recent move from VA to OH. Thanks to all employees who were involved.
