Was on my way (alone) to see family in Jacksonville, FL. when my car started shaking so bad I couldnt even drive it at 25 mph, got off the hwy at the nearest exit and found Tires Plus, it was about 5pm. Staff was very friendly and informative. The assistant manager, Ben, is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to tires. I didnt know what was wrong with my car, tires seemed ok, not low on air. He was in the parking lot near my car talking to someone and came inside the store within minutes saying he saw a huge inconspicuous bubble in my front tire. So after changing this tire out, he went over the other 3 tires and found another one in the rear with the same problem. He was extremely informative and helpful. Their closing time was 6pm and it is the 4th of July weekend but they worked over time until about 7pm to get me back on the road. I got his name and business card for future reference because I was so impressed. Highly recommend this place.

Stay Away! I have car with under 10k miles on it. Went here for a very slow leak in one tire (loosing 3-4 psi in 24 ours). They said the VERY small puncture in the tire was not reparable. Then said we had to replace all 4 tires (to the tune of almost $1,000.00), not just the one with the leak. They refused to replace only 1 tire, said it is their policy to replace all 4. I took the car to a different shop (A Plus) where they gladly patched the very small puncture for $20.00. The kicker is, if Tires Plus had done the repair they would have charged $42.00, which is more than double the other shop that did the repair!

I guess the hours you claim to be open are just a suggestion. I have been working long hours for the last few weeks. However, today I was able to get away from work just in time to get to your store to pick up my tire. I got there at 06:48 PM and the store was locked. There was still a guy messing around behind the counter, but he chose to ignore me. I will swing by there sometime this year and pick up that wheel. Its a little damaged, I may just leave it with you and purchase another one off Ebay.

I went to Tires Plus, BRUNSWICK for a nail in my tire, and when the rear tire was pulled for repair, I was told that I needed a new set of brakes, new calipers, and work totaling $1,100.00! I took my car to another shop that has been in business for over 40 years, and received an estimate from them. After they removed my rear tires, I was told there is nothing wrong with my calipers ($600.00) and my brakes still have 5000-10,000miles left on them. BEWARE of TIRES PLUS, BRUNSWICK

Brought in a company fleet car for service without an appointment. Not exactly the most preferred customer given the administrative work involved with National Accts payments. Barry, the store manager was friendly and efficient and all went well in a reasonable time frame.
