When part of my cars problem was determined to be a weak battery, Matt and Nate took the time to contact the non-Firestone Store three hours away to ask them to honor the warranty on the 18-month-old battery. I had recently moved and wasnt certain of the exact location of the original batterys invoice. I was impressed that they would take the time to go that extra mile. I will be recommending this store to all my friends.

New location, good service and moderately priced. Make sure to check online for coupons. Waiting area could be improved with a little street facing bar for people with laptops to work on. Waiting area is a bit noisy due to the hvac system. Had an oil change, wheel balance and alignment done in an hour, under $150.

When I went there with my car it was in good working condition it was not making noise but when I got my car back it was making so much noise. Before I went there all the parts of car were in a good working condition but now they are not. I dont know what they did to my car.
