Dont do business with this dealership. I bought a 2012 SS Camaro with 10,000 miles on it. I took it for a test ride and felt a pull in the steering as if the alignment was off. I really like the car regardless and asked to have the alignment checked and corrected and to have the key fob replaced since one of the buttons was caved in. Got a great price on it and even was convinced to purchase the Platinum insurance package on it. When it was ready to be picked up after said and done as I got on the freeway it still felt as if it was pulling with the road. I called about it where I was told it was the Parelli tires and they are known to stick with the road that way. So I went with it and left it in storage for a few months while deployed. When I got back to the states I took it out for a spin happy to be driving it but that pulling started to bug me. So I brought it to UJ Cheverolet in Mobile (just awesome service by the way). Well they check the alignment and low and behold both front and rear alignment was all jacked up. I mean way off; the damage was already done. The right front tire was beginning to separate not to mention that the left tire had been replaced, as if the problem was there before I purchased it. My key fob was never ordered either and the Dan Vaden wanted me to use my Platinum Coverage to get the fob replaced. So if you find yourself at Dan Vaden Chevrolet Brunswik, you can do way better. Oh and the sales guy I was working with was no longer working there. I would have been nice if they could have followed up with all his customers to see if anything was pending. So bottom line is terrible service and mechanics, and terrible in keeping their word. I have dealt with several Cheverolet dealerships in my 25 years of military service. I have traveled and been assigned in the US from east to west, north to south and this by far is the worse experience I have had with a Chevy Dealer and I am the most patient, understanding person you would ever meet. My advice is never do business with them (unless they can prove they have changed their entire service staff) you are better off elsewhere. Oh and I wouldnt waste your time purchasing an extended warranty, if you do decide to buy Dan Vaden. You can get that from Allstate directly.

The sales rep was Great have nothing negative to say he really tried hard to help us..Went to Dav Vaden in February 2014 after receiving a flyer in the mail of special offer, and there really is no offer they couldnt tell us anything about it..(just a way to get you in). Finance Dept really lacks, we ended up not getting the car as when we left thinking we where financed, came to find out we where not after having the car for several days,we where called and asked us to come in the next morning come my husband took off work, and we where there at 9 am and no one really knew why we where there, took some time for them to understand that they called us to come.. They could not offer what we needed and walked out with a vehicle. I had to call them to request our down payment be reversed after almost a week.. Friday the 7th funds where taken for a car payment that was never gotten. I know that that was through the finance company but as the finance Dept I would think that they should have made sure everything was taken care of so these issues do not happen, so I sit waiting to gets our funds back, and us trying to call the people and explain that we did not get the car was awful.... I went to Dan Vaden and spoke with them he was like well did you sign up for the payment to be taken I said yes, but we didnt get the car he was like you didnt he did try to call but they where closed but I honestly think he could have done more to help as this was not our fault and I felt like they just slacked, I guess lesson learned I guess I should have followed up and called all these people to make sure they did there job and notify them that we did not get the car. i just did business with Nalley and very happy, and satisfied as I drove off the lot, with a 2013 car that had good tires and did not need a front end alignment.. I was completely financed with a much better rate and payment...This was our first time purchasing a car, and was very discouraged when Vadens told us that all the dealerships in the area use all the same finance companies.. But hey Nalleys found one with much more to offer....But I just want to Thank Johnathon for really trying, he really was great...

I dropped off my car with Kevin. He was very helpful and wrote the car repairs up and remained in contact during the repair process. Upon completion, Kevin called me to let me know it was done. When I arrived to pick up my car, I paid the bill, over $1900 and Kevin proceeded to bring the car up for me. When he did he realized the Key FOB was missing and that there were other issues he wanted to address so he asked if he could keep the car for a few more days and asked how long he could keep it for, I agreed to up to 2 weeks as I didnt need it right away. I agreed and he assured that the car would be detailed and ready to go when it was finished. I waited for a call and it never came. I decided to give Kevin a call and I was told there was n one named Kevin that worked there, no other explanation was given. I then asked to speak to someone in service. I asked if the car was finished and if it had been cleaned/detailed and was informed that it had not been. I asked to be notified when it was complete. I received a call late that day. When I went to pick it up there were other items that had been found yet no one called me about those items. The cost for repairs totaled about $2200 for additional repairs including labor. Yet still, the new key FOB didnt work as there were other issues with the lock sensors. I think someone messed up my locks in the dealership and now they expected me to pay for their mistake. When I dropped off the car, the FOB worked just fine and now after the service department lost it and it had to be replaced and programmed nothing worked. I suspect this dealership is not very honest and will not be back for service. I feel it my duty to inform all of my friends and coworkers at FLETC as well.

Im very disappointed with this place. I have bought several vehicles here an the garage service has gone down the tubes. Every time I come there for my annual oil change theres new people in here or theres only one or two mechanics working an there slow as hell. Or there trying to sell ya something you dont want or need. I scheduled my oil change a week in advance an drove from another state an had to wait almost 3 hours. As a matter if fact everyone that day was irritated with them. One lady told me she had been there since the garage opened an still there an that was four oclock. An there were others that were upset. I walked back to look several times an the service man in the office looked so over whelmed only two person working in there an more vehicles then they could get to. The lady that answers the phone set my appt an said my car was still under warranty for my oil change an rotation. Then after Im stitting there a while the man comes an tells me the oil change an tire rotation will cost me $60.00 gee I could have gone to the jiffy lube an had that all done for half the price. Yeah They also make some cars with parts you can only buy there with a bigger cost. Hey after a year of owning my Chevy my fuel pump went out an then a whole host of recalls. An they give ya batteries that only last a year. An cheap tires.. Whats happening with cars today..I only went there as I had a warranty for free oil changes an rotations. But if she had told me on the phone it expired I would have canceled my appt. Likely I got suckered in. Yes Im upset. Its hard to trust places like this any more. Makes me want to go to school an become a mechanic so I can work on it myself. ...lol!
