I just had my tires replaced at Tires plus in Kissimmee and within 5 days of having new tires put on, my truck would not move when I tried to leave in the AM. I called AAMCO as they have served me well in the past with transmission related troubles. I thought my rear differential had seized!!! $$$$$$$$!!!!!! Its an old truck...... Scott had a tow truck here fast and next thing I know he is on the phone telling me that my rear breaks had fallen apart and collapsed on the rotors causing the truck not to roll Along with not seeing that my brakes were "toast" Tires Plus also did not line the lettering on the new tires, its a small thing I know but I would expect the Tire tech to know to put the lettering all in the same position.( other Tires Plus techs have done so in the past) They (Tires plus) did a WONDERFUL job on replacing my Serpintine belt and major AC parts and its cold in the truck now!!! I am bummed out that you missed the rear breakes as you guys had the tires off of the truck for most of the afternoon ! Over all Im happy with the service I got, its not their fault that I allowed my brakes to rot away, but really guys you do kinda get a good look at them. Ill be back,I really like your auto services.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! The sales manager Saul was very helpful and amazing. The issue I had was with the technitian (Nick) who replaced my tires. He did not do the job properly, 1 hour after I had left the shop all tires were flat! The technitian had put the tires on the rim wrong causing all the air to leak out. The other issue was that I paid for an alignment and the car was swerving to the right even more, obviously the alignment wasnt done correctly or wasnt done at all. It took 3 trips to get everything settled and I still had to take my car elsewhere for an alignment. Horrible service will never go again and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

When driving down to Florida from Wisconsin we noticed some brake noise. We checked the net and decided to come to this Tires Plus. Being from out of town we were concerned about being sold something we didnt need.. Troy and his staff were extremely accommodating, very patient, and thorough in their explanations of the work that was necessary. Obviously they have great and knowledgeable staff that really care about the customer and good customer service. The price was very fair as well. I have no reservations about recommending this place to anyone. Be sure to ask for Troy or Louis!!

I have gone there twice now and they have hooked me up, First time I needed a new tire they quoted me the cheapest tire they had, by the time I got there to get it the tire was just sold and it was the last one in stock so they gave me the next model up for the price of the cheaper tire. The second time when they could of made there money back on what they lost the were truthful and told me about a nail in my tire and patched it. It was $20 to fix, I was a walk in they had me in and out within the hour. They guy behind the desk is a total G.

I am so impressed with this Tires Plus store on W Vine Street that I just had to let everyone know. They are professional, efficient, friendly, the service area is clean and the service is outstanding. The manager is fantastic. The first time I went in for an oil change but I also just broke the latch to my hood that morning- anyway- they fixed it no problem, and had it ready with a fresh oil change in no time. And they dropped my car off at my work! Now thats excellent service!!!!

The only main drawback was the waiting and the delay. Plan on staying for a while depending on your auto service. I took my car for a car alignment promotion which included a free oil change. Arrived there early and waited for a couple hours to get my alignment done. I had to rescheduled the oil change for another day. Went back for the oil change and that also took a while. Overall, service is good and Tires Plus seem to throw some good promotions.

All i can really say is that they are a bunch of lazy people. my wife went in at 130 to do an alignment. and at 4 they told her they couldnt work on her car to do the alignment because of Rust issues. that is complete BS i called around many other places and they said rust issues wont stop you from doing an alignment. A BUNCH OF TIME WASTERS WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO A JOB RIGHT . I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICE.

Went in because my car was getting too hot and told me that my head gasket was blown even though it was showing no signs other than getting too hot. Tried to explain that it couldnt be the head gasket and they kept acting like i didnt know what i was talking about. Went somewhere else and it was just a clogged radiator. Pretty much the only thing they are good for is getting tires.

KENNY EBERHARDT was a great customer service representative from the moment i called until the moment i left. My Tire was not in stock and he went Above and beyond to make sure those tires were there when i arrived took and spent less then 35 min at this location i HIGHLY recommend this location AFFORDABLE tires this was A1 service thank you.

I came in town from Alabama. I heard a scrubbing noise on my left front wheel.They put my car on the rack, and found a part on the caliper was not locking in place, and was rubbing on my rim.They popped it in place, and told us no charge. We are very grateful to them, and highly recommend them. I am Arthur Bradfod from Alabama.

My tires where dangerously close to blowing got rejected by another major seller cause i couldnt afford all 4 tires at 1 time tires plus hooked me up. Great price fast service. Ill just take my business back to these guys for now on thanks Luis

They do good work here but Ive been waiting 3 hours for an alignment and an oil change. Its a Saturday so I understand its busy but I had an appointment at 1030am and I was on time.
