I, being a Honda owner, needed a few things done to my 98 Prelude SH. I needed (3) Ball Joints installed, (1) Tie Rod installed, and my headlights to be re-wired (the old harness burnt out). Normally I do these things myself, but for suspension work, I wanted a professional. Sean, I think is the guy at the front desk; was totally awesome. He brought me into the garage and showed me what needed to be done, and what my options were. After that, we priced everything out. I was looking at about $5-600 dollars worth of work (about 5 hrs of their time @ 113/hr), and he knew my situation and said "look, if you can get $350 together, maybe we can do something." I, being a full-time college student really appreciated this; this is the kind of service you want and need in the automobile industry. 5 stars. If I ever need anything major done I will always have this place as an option.

Mr. Tire will give you a price that is suppose to be out the door. I called and asked if that price included sales tax. Kenny assured me that it did.The original quote for 4 tires was $604. When the wife went to get the tires, they wanted to do a front end allignment and add road hazard for a total cost of over $800. The truck had less than 4500 miles on it. Since I didnt allow them to do the front end allignment, they would not give any warrenty on the tires. I think theyre a big rip off. I just might take them up on their 30 day full refund no questions asked, but if they cant be honest about their prices can I really believe it about their refund???

I dont trust many shops... Mr. Tire on Mayfield is the only place I have found in the last 10 years that I can trust and rely on. They have told me when a repair is not their specialty and where I might find a better price, They have shown me what jobs could be a do-it-your-self and what jobs might be more complicated. The money I save with their guidence has helped me afford the larger repairs that I never could have paid for otherwise. I will never take my car anywhere else until Ive had it looked over by this crew. Great Great Service! Thank You :)

I went for rear brakes job, I ask for pads and rotators in the rear brakes to be replaced. Since I took my car a few places, I knew what needs to be fixed. Instead, after they wasted half of my day, he comes back with all kinds of things that is wrong with the brakes. Like my calipers needs to be replaced. I took my car another Mr Tire, there was no need of replacing the calipers. This place must be scam. I will not go back here ever.

Mr. Tire is Awesome! In my opinion, Andy is the face of the Mayfield Heights location. He has awesome customer service and will always work to ensure service is provided correctly. Thus far those guys have replaced my breaks, wheel alignment, air filters, multiple oil changes and provided free maintenance checks. Theyll definitely work with you!

Found a nail in my tire. Mr Tire was recommended to me being fair. I expected to pay for either a tire repair or new tire. They checked out my tire and found it wasnt leaking any air. There wasnt a charge. I drove away knowing my tire was sound and appreciative of the service!

Was in from out of town and got a puncture. Stopped at this location and received great and friendly service. It was obvious they were extremely busy, but they got me in quickly to fix my tire. It was a very good experience and really felt they handled everything very well.

I was on the road from NY to KY when I noticed a bubble in my tire. Mr. Tire Store 861 was able to get me fixed up and and in and out in a half-hour. I appreciated the courteous and helpfulness from the guys working at the shop.

Came in with an appointment for nail in tire, they found two ! Showed me where they were and possible fix. It turn out tire not punctured. They pulled nail out and checked no leaking, for free ! Thank you !

Needed oil change, they tried to replace the oil tank for me claiming its rusty but I refused and when I took it to the shop I trust i was told it didnt need to be replaced.
