First of all, to corporate (if youre looking): Sonny is a great asset to this company. I have been coming here for years and had Lincoln, Lexus, and Mercedes oil changes done. Never any issues with service. Staff, yes, but service has been good every time. Today I got my headlights restored by Sonny and they look brand new. I must say, the entire staff and new manager are all great and a much needed upgrade from past management. Thanks guys!!! P.s. Everyone loves Mr. Lem Turner... Another great addition your team! I only thought this place only specialized in oil changes for the most part and was surprised when i explained my delimma with my AC the manager advised this too they can fix! I thought the problem i had was due to needing an alignment but when the staff checked out my vehicle they probably saved me and my precious cargo(my kids) by telling me what my problem really was! The management and staff are very thorough and provide great services! I will be back in 3,000 miles!

The shop on Lem Turner Rd in Jacksonville, Fl took care of me and my family when we were in a hard way. My mechanic up in VA jacked up my water pump and the bolts backed out on me on 95 causing the serpentine belt to completely fall off--no power steering on I-95 is no fun. We coasted into the nearest shop. I literally could not have asked for a better experience. I dont know what the winning recipe is at this shop, but I recommends you find out and replicate it.

When my check engine light came on, and my car started acting up I knew I had a problem. I decided to take my car to precision tune auto care on Lem Turner based on everyones Google reviews. That was the best decision I made! The staff was very friendly and able to fix my car the same day! They didnt try and seal me things I know I didnt need like some places usually do. I will be going here for any future issue with my car. I highly recommend this location!!!

I have had my Honda Accord, Saturn & Pontiac Montana serviced at the two Jacksonville locations over the last 3 years. The service has included routine oil changes, check engine light, brake noise, to over heating issues. They have always found the problem. No hassles. Friendly service. I took my car here last week for an AC check and Cadillac was very helpful and friendly! He charged my AC and made sure I rode off having cool air! I was very happy because I was riding around in my hot car in 100 degree weather! The wait was no longer than 30 min. I will be back for my next service and will definitely mention this place! I brought my car in for the dinosic. Mr.Edwards and Mr Cadillac find down the problem in my car would cost me over $1500.00 but he said the work still in factory warranty so he refers me to the dealer to fix it without charge.thanks to Mr Edward and Mr Cadillac you are my saver.

Dont go here. Got an oil change here 2 days later my change oil message showed. I called the owner he said press the gas and some other mess. Anyway. I took it elsewhere they tell me I need an oil change. I also had my brother check it. ..I needed an oil change.

Love this place! I have been going to get my oil change there ever since I got my truck. He alway look out for me if there is anything wrong he will show me where and whats need to be and dont try to over charge me. This is definitely the place to go.
