Go literally anywhere else for your car service. Worst service Ive ever had. Stay away! Went in for an oil change because I had a coupon. I had scheduled an appointment but when I went in tgey said that there were people in front of me and said they would be done in 2 hours (an extremely long time for an oil change). Whats the point in making an appointment if they arent going to be ready to take the car at that time. An hour and a half later they called and said they werent going to perform the oil change because "there is an aftermarket plug" and they "didnt feel comfortable" unscrewing it. The plug isnt aftermarket and there was no reason that they couldnt unscrew it. When I got there my car was in the same spot I had parked it as if they hadnt moved it at all. when I confronted them about the issue the guy cursed at me and argued with me. The mechanics here are horrible... again go literally anywhere else for your car service.

Got 2 pairs of Firestone tires this summer of 2016, and alignment ($700+ job); its November Im still waiting for the $90 gift card for using Firestone Credit Card. I left the car at the shop for a few hours, got back at the time it was promised to finish the job, but the job wasnt finished. Went outside to take a look what was left to do and found my rims on the floor, face down and scratches all over the $2000+ rims. After a while noticed the wheels were loosing air, the guys at the shop forgot to clean the tires and apply coating before putting them on the rims. Afterwards went to NTB paid extra $50 to mount the tires on the rim as it should have been done the first time. Other than that unprofessional job, if you need the most basic job done Firestone is "ok", just get coupons and shop for deals before going to any shop.

I replaced the brake and suspension system for the front wheels of my ford escape on my own, and took my car in for some new tires and an alignment. I was incredibly impressed with the service at this store. The manager, Steve, was friendly and the technician who worked on my car, Dave, was very knowledgeable. They took pride in their work, but still worked quickly as well. Im glad I found this place and definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! COMPLETE RIPOFF ARTISTS!! Asked for an estimate for 2 new FRONT struts on LS430....... They gave me a Price $1774.00..LOL Literally 3x what it costs from other places. The "advisor" tells me they are special struts...lol.... in fact they are standard struts and he quoted me standard Monroe struts. By the way...the OEM parts from Parts Geek are $310.00. They quoted me almost $1200.00 for parts. Be Careful!!!!!

STAY AWAY! They had a promotion for brake, so I went there. They also wanted to sell rotors even though other mechanics said rotors were fine. They tried to sell 4 other things to me. RIP OFF!

Watch out!! They will try to sell you service that is not needed! After my visit I took my car to the dealer. $455.39 instead if $3156.83. Beware!!!
