Wow!!! Amazing!!! Best price Ive ever had for synthetic oil change and Tire rotation, tire plug, and windshield wiper replaced. First time I came to this location I was in and out within 30ish minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Manager was EXTREMELY friendly and kind. And at the end of the job the manager gave me an awesome deal just for waiting a few minutes for an air filter to be delivered. The second time I came to this place I called at 8am to see if I could get in and out quickly and the manager said "absolutely, please come on in and we will get you taken care of." I at this point had already called 7 other places before this in this area, and they were all rude to me and told me that it would take at least and hour and a half for an oil change without an appointment. I was on my way to NY for a 9 hour drive and told the manager at this location (agter arriving amd being taken care if immediately.)and macanics that my company was paying for this job and whatever needs to be done I am willing get to do that make sure I have a safe trip to NY. They told me that all I needed was a tire plug and that I didnt need to spend the money on new tires even though they could have told me otherwise and I wouldnt have known the difference. These guys could have totally taken advantage of my companies card and instead they gave me an amazing deal and I was in and out within an hour after a tire plug and the rest filled up, wipers replaced, and full synthetic oil change. I will not go anywhere else for as long as I love anywhere near this place. Management: awesome!!!! Timeliness: totally amazing! Pricing: best Ive ever had! (I travel in my work van for a living, and my work van is maintenence every other month! A lot of experiences have led me know this is the BEST place for anyone that wants to be smart, to get their car maintenanced.) Amazing!!!

Dishonest and inaccurate. I took my 2008 Pontiac to them to get an inspection on before I listed it for sale, I suspected I had a bad front passenger wheel bearing issue and the check engine light was on, so I wanted to see if they could get me a quote and accurately identify the problems. "The Mechanic" meets me in the lobby after examining my car, first tells me that my REAR passenger wheel bearing is bad, also that the check engine light was caused by a sludge buildup in the engine because I wasnt using the correct synthetic oil "that the manufacturer calls for" and that "all new cars require it" which I knew was bogus. I asked him since when did GM require it in all their cars and he said they always have. All he wanted to do was up sell me on a flush and synthetic oil change. Also he listed and didnt explain about $500 worth of solenoids and such to fix the check engine light. Total quote was over $1000 for the oil change, wheel bearing and these "solenoids". Because he was so full of it about the oil I decided to take my car elsewhere and lo and behold, it was my FRONT wheel bearing that was bad (like I originally suspected), not the rear like the Midas mechanic insisted. Also I double checked the owners manual and Pontiac recommends standard oil like I used when I changed it. Look elsewhere if you want quality and honest work to be done.

They did a good job on brakes, so I asked if they repaired A/C systems. They checked it over, since my car was on rack already they could see everything involved in the repair, and showed me where the leak was. $650.00 to repair. I needed the car for a couple days, then returned and I left my car with them. Three days later I get a phone call, "Who did the estimate?" I told them the mgr did. "We cant do it for that, its going to cost $2400 or more." Same parts, only the labor changed. They had my car on the rack when they gave me the quote, so they saw everything involved. I returned, got my keys, and drove home. NEVER to return. If a business quotes a price on a job thats the price, period. I have a hard time believing an $1800 "error" on their quote. I have a much easier time believing "Bait and Switch".

Mike is a great person! He is willing to work with you and they have always gotten our cars back to us within a couple hours. We will definitely be coming back to see him. Weve been there twice in the last month to get our exhaust systems fixed and our oil changed. He is very good with communicating cost and letting you know the root of your cars problem. We were very happy that this turned into a good experience as we had never been there before and reviews were not at all helpful. He did explain that the Manager before him was not well liked, so that helped me understand the bad reviews. I would give this place an A+!

I called Monday morning and was able to get a next day (8:00) appointment. I was taken at my appointment time, no waiting. Randy did a thorough inspection on our Chevy Malibu then allowed me to see for myself what he had found. The work needed was more extensive then I had expected it to be, however the cost estimate was more then fair for the amount of work they did. I was offered a ride home so I didnt have to sit and wait. The repairs were completed within the time frame I was told. Thank you Randy and George. We will be using Midas from here on out.

Thank you to Daniel at Mentor Midas. I was concerned about a tire message that kept coming up my dashboard. Daniel put the car on the rack and checked everything including the sensors. Nothing was wrong and he was able to explain to me that sometimes sensors go off if just one tire is slightly different that the others. So now I am able to get back on the road to head to New England without any worries. I was even offered a fresh pot of coffee and a comfortable waiting room and no charge for just checking the tires. Outstanding customer service.

I pretty much got screwed here. They charged me over $300 dollars for a part that I later researched and found to be roughly $50. So unless labor for one hour (or less considering it took roughly 30 minutes for them to even get to me) costs $250, I believe I got hosed. Dont go there for maintenance. It also costs about $75 for them to hook up a machine to your car and assess the problem (I will say that a visual inspection is free...but honestly, $75 bucks just to plug in a machine?? unacceptable)

These guys fit me in for inspection of a used 2014 vehicle inspection an hour before they closed. They spotted significant trouble on the oil dipstick and they let me know immediately. That was enough for me to not go through with the purchase and save myself a big hassle in the future. Since the inspection didnt need to proceed past that point, they were also nice enough to waive the charges for the inspection.
