Went in after phoning for alignment.The store manager wrote the ticket to whom i explained that i replaced control arms and inner and outer tie rod ends. I waited in the lobby for over 3 hours to then be told the alignment would take 2-3 hours and would have to be done tomorrow, NOT TODAY. Very poor customer service!

Scams dont go there for nothing took my car there for a brake job told me I needed a new c.v. axle on my car I just had my c.v. axle replaced last month needless to say I didnt let them do the work and had my brakes replaced elsewhere.

Dont bother making an appointment. It doesnt matter if you have an appointment or not. I had an appointment and 30 minutes later, still waiting.... Change that to an hour...still waiting...
