I had a situation come up with my brake system this past Saturday so I decided to contact the staff over at Driven Auto Care. Brandon answered the phone and I explained what was going on with my car. He invited me to come in and have him take a free look at it and he would explain what he saw. I ended up needing new brakes and work on my rotors. My brakes were on their last leg. He also helped me out with a great package of preventive maintenance items. Ended up riding out of the shop with a transmission flush, new brakes, new cabin air filter, turned rotors, and much needed spark plugs and all for a great deal. They now have a customer for life. Thanks again for being so fair and honest. These shops are hard to find.

In one word EXCELLENT! Brandon at Driven Imports was fair, honest, and did excellent work on my wifes Mercedes SUV. We have had less than satisfactory experiences with other shops in the area before.
