DO NOT GO HERE! The manager Clarence Riley, the service Rep, and two separate mechanics all LIED to me. They used high pressure tactics to sell me a service that they didn’t even complete! I took my car in to get new tires. They sold me on a Lifetime Wheel Alignment. When I told them I wanted to wait a few days, the manager a large unpleasant man said that I shouldn’t drive the car; he said I would ruin the tires. I was worried because of what he said so I paid for the alignment. 1. The Mechanic Johnathan did not even complete the whole alignment! He did not adjust one of the wheels. When I asked why one of the wheels was still out of alignment, the service Rep Jerrel lied and said it could not be adjusted except at a dealership. 2. I brought it back a few days later to have a different mechanic look at it. He lied and said that one of the parts was broken and the wheel could not be adjusted. He told me to take my car to a body shop. 3. I took my car to a body shop and two different mechanic shops. They all told me my car was fine and there was nothing wrong with it. 4. I took my car to a total a different Firestone and they adjusted it. When I asked if anything was wrong, this place said that it was just a difficult wheel to get to and adjust but that nothing was wrong. Multiple people at the Union City Firestone lied to me. It all starts with the manager. He is the worst of them all. Clarence is a large black man with an unpleasant demeanor. He also tried to pressure me into getting a credit card with them. The service Rep and several of the mechanics are crooks too. Bottom line: DO NOT GO HERE!

This is one of the worse Auto places I have ever been too. I went in the first time for just a simple oil change. I did not know it was gonna take them 4 hours... Yes 4 hours for a ten min oil change at a $50 price tag. Then I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was because they were backed up, blah blah, and went back to get my brakes fixed. BIG MISTAKE. I got there at 8 a.m. I did not leave until almost 4 p.m. Though I am not a professional car person, I do know that it doesnt take almost 8 hours to do brakes. And heres the kicker... my brakes have been squeaking ever since. They had "employees" standing around not doing anything. They were taking breaks to eat pizza. What REALLY got me..( I know.. what more), was the day I first went to get my brakes done they claim that the inspector came in and shut down 4 of their lifts so they could only work on 4. So of course they were backed up so I agreed to come back the next day. How bout when I came back the next day, those same 4 lifts that the "inspector" supposedly shut down were miracously up and running again. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. If you dont mind waiting for hours on end and paying for over priced parts/labor, non-working/dont know what they are doing employees, then this is the place for you.

If I could rate this place NEGATIVE stars I would they are HORRIBLE in all aspects. First of all Firestone "Complete" Auto Care is NOT complete. I dropped my car off the night before, called them the minute they opened, was told they would have some answers regarding my car early afternoon and they never even got back to me. I had to call THEM every couple hours until someone finally told me what they thought was wrong when they were closing for the day. Then to top it all off, they told me they couldnt even fix the problem there. And even better, when I had a towman sent there to tow the car to an actual reputable automotive repair shop, they had my car blocked in when the towman got there, and the towman had to leave and come back later. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE and should not be allowed to run business. Not only are they slow but they are extremely unhelpful and only want your money. If you need a car repair or even for your car to be looked at I would HIGHLY suggest Gowens Automotive Repair. Everyone there is super quick and looked at my car within the first few minutes of it getting there despite how busy they are. They are amazing people and are happy to work with you unlike this disgusting Firestone.

This is simply a review of the front side of service. I will come back and give full review once work is complete. My dad is a longtime Firestone customer, he uses this location regularly for he & his wifes vehicles. With that confidence, I just dropped my Explorer off a couple hours ago to have tires rotated and balanced, get the lifetime front end alignment and oil change. Set it up with Patrick who was very nice. I expect no issues, but I am a little concerned after Patrick commented they would try to get it done tonight. I dont live here, my daughters and I are hanging out at dads while the work is done. So Ill end up in a heck of a jam if I have no way to get home. Again, as of right now, I have no reason to think itll take overnight. Ill be sure to post how it all turns out! :)

Im here now, no problems Clarence the manager has been the most helpful. All of the employees are very nice and kind very helpful didnt knock me over the head with prices. I was even given an courtesy call because I made an appointment online. Clearance called to get my tire size so when I got there my tires was already pulled. I knew how much I was going to have to pay before I even went there. I wanted an alignment done on my BMW, I was told upfront that they will see if it could be done before they just charge me for it. Most knows that a BMW alignment requires sand bags and a special clip. So taking it to the dealer for that. Will rate again once my service is completely done.

This is the worst service I ever had. I went here for a simple oil change they said I needed 2 tires. While putting tires on they broke the sensor. Didnt tell me until two hours later that they were waiting on part. I left around 12pm still no sensor that they broke. Came next morning at 8am no sensor. Returned at 545 no sensor and tire flat because the stem needs replaced because the guy said they are waiting to put sensor on. Dangerous I would think and this information wasnt given to me until I brought it back saying it was flat. So No I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM OR USE THEM AGAIN.WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED. AS OF TONIGHT IM STILL WAITING.

I took my car to get repaired, and asked for a diagnostic, first, so I could decide from the problems existing what I wanted fixed first. I was told they would fix whatever problems arose. After I gave up my money they did the diagnostic and then told me they dont have a mechanic to fix my Jaguar. I complained because they had taken my money under false pretenses, saying they would do a diagnostic and fix my car The managers response was, "Its only $100." What kind of madness is that? They should never have took my money in the first place, knowing they would not be able to fix my car. Never again!!!!!
