I gave this place two chances. First chance I went in for a oil change and to get my tires balanced. Got in right away and thought that was nice. Then they finished and the mechanic said he would cash me out. I asked if they balanced the tires and he said they rotated them. I asked why because I didnt asked for them to be rotated. He proceeded to ring up the sale and I noticed I was being charged for the rotation. I again asked why the rotation and only then did another guy say well you have a belt broke in one tire and the tires didnt need balancing. I told them that was fine but I wish they would have told me. No apology or anything. They did take off the price of the rotation but not until I kept asking questions. Second chance, I took my truck in for a miss fire. I had told them that to call me with prices before servicing and also wrote that on the envelope with my keys. They called me and left no message. So at lunch I returned the call. The mechanic explained that they changed the coil and spark plug and it was still miss firing. That it was a internal engine problem and I could pick it up before 6 because he couldnt fix it and gave me the price. I showed up after work and the mechanic asked if he could help me and I said yes I was here for the truck. I started asking questions and he was busy doing other things as I was trying to talk to him. He didnt talk to me much and then my boyfriend walked in and the mechanic cut our conversation off and asked him if he could help him. Then he talked to my boyfriend about the truck and offered to show him the errors. Which I thought was funny because I am the owner and the mechanic couldnt talk to me about it. So ladies, Ask all the questions you want because if they want your business they will communicate with you. Just because I ask a lot of questions, doesnt mean I am difficult.

Do not go to White Oak Auto. I was a customer for years and had them work on multiple vehicles. I finally reached the conclusion that they are a bunch of hacks. After taking my vehicle to other mechanics they told me not only is the quality of the work inferior they use parts that are unsafe and are not accepted in the industry anymore. In addition one of my vehicles was actually involved in an accident when they were working on it. How the hell does that happen? And lastly after purchasing a new vehicle and having them install tires I called them specifically to remind them not to scratch my rims. Needless to say all 4 rims are scratched all to hell and back. Do not under any circumstances go to White Oak Auto unless you want your vehicle to fall apart

bought a car for my son a few months ago. Have not even put 900 miles on it and the transmission has failed, the axle was broke and brakes were shot, as well as an exhaust issue, and a few other minor repairs. Paid $2800 for the car and already sank an additional $3300 into repairs! We were told it was a good and safe car to drive. These issues were detected days after purchase, but when buying as is we were stuck with this bad car! I do not recommend buying from them without having a QUALIFIED mechanic look over the car 1st! I wish I had done so, but I took their word for it since they are friends of a friend of mine. Buyer beware!

BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! OMG, had our car towed there as it just quit running on I-75. Was told by Charlie, "your fuel pump is bad, we tested it and it failed". Went home, called a salvage yard found one for $50.00, decided to replace it myself. When I went back to this place to get my old fuel pump out, they then took it out, tested it right in front of me and my wife, and said "your fuel pump is fine, you were just out of gas". LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!

Drove a cross town to have my car worked on today at White Oak Auto , first time customer. Great experience. Service , quality of the work performed , friendliness of the staff and of course the price. I had my car completed in less than an hour , all the dealers in the East Gate told me it would be next week. Lesson learned here : Visit your small businesses. These guys dont mess around. I had an emergency and had to go out of town to take care of a family member. It was five oclock on a Friday and the alternator went out on my 02 cavalier. I called them and they came and picked me up on 74 had my car fixed in two hours. I would recommend them if you want your car fixed quick and with quality.

Purchased a suv from them. Buying the car was great they gave me a way more than fair price. I knew it was as is when I bought it. Had a small issue few weeks later stopped by to see if they knew what was wrong and the fixed the problem for me. The are a great trust worthy car dealership. Would recommend them to anyone

I wish I didnt even have to give this place one star! These guys are your typical crooks. I had my car worked on about 7 months ago and they ghetto rigged the part of the exhaust back together and it fell off. Now I cant even put the correct piece of the pipe on the car, because they welded it wrong like Amateurs.

Fast and prompt service. I took my 04 ford Explorer in and had two rear wheel bearings replaced and they were done the same day. Everywhere else I called told me it would be two days. Charlie and white oak were very helpful and I would highly recommend them if you need any car work done.

Do not trust these guys. I bought a 2001 VW Jetta and they had cardboard stapled under the engine to hide a oil leak. Break problems, trans problems. They are crooks. STAY AWAY. BEWARE.
