Chasity was very personable, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Chasity answered all my questions and made sure I had the supplies I needed to move, pack, or store. Chasity went over my contract, informed me of my payment date and also helped me name site I had the correct size unit, hours of operation, and key pads and codes. I was a little surprised when I received my total because there are a lot of things Public Storage as a company adds on and doesnt inform the customer about. Just had to put that out there. CHASITY YOURE A ROCKSTAR! THANK YOU!! Public Storage is better because of you and your level of service delivered.

Just had a great experience here at public storage in Riverdale GA. Torrica was easy and fun to deal with and work with. Everything went better than smooth and easier than expected. She found me a better deal on a bigger unit than the one I originally reserved. In store customer service is great. But due to the fact Ive had my property damaged by rodents and have had to contact the district manager, who has done little to none about my situation, is deterring. Its been 2 months since my issue was brought to light. Paying for storage to be damaged with rodent feces and chew marks.
