DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE IF YOU WANT IT FLOODED!!!! That has been twice that my unit has flooded and I have had to throw away BOXES of belongings. This is especially frustrating when they say they have never had them flood (obviously a lie). Sure, you get insurance to cover your belongings but that isnt the point. Nobody in todays world wants to mess with an insurance company to get your things replaced and what if the thing that gets ruined was a family handed down treasure? You wont be too happy. The first time it flooded I went into the office and told them and the lady said, "Yeah and what do you want me to do about it?" So of course the second time they just flooded they sent out an email. I replied back to the email and said you either move my storage unit away from the flooding or I am removing my belongings. They of course never replied so as of yesterday, all of my belongings are out of there. SO FRUSTRATING. Save yourself the trouble. When it rains, you shouldnt have to worry about your belongings that youre PAYING to keep safe and dry. If I could leave less than one star I would do so.

I have been storing with Advantage for a few years now. Not once have I ever had a problem. Friendly service with a smile, great hours and reasonable pricing. I love knowing that my treasures are safe and sound. Any questions that Ive ever have had have been answered promptly. If you need something such as locks, tape, boxes and packing supplies, anything you might need is for sale right there in the office. I honestly cant say enough good things about this facility. They are a great company and I look forward to continuing to doing business with them for many years to come. I tell everybody who is looking for storage to go to Advantage.

I have had my personal belongings stored here for over a year, and I couldnt be happier! The staff is always very helpful and courteous. I know my storage unit is safe and I never have to worry about my items. I was very pleased when a few weeks ago, I was notified that there had been some flooding in the units. Thank goodness they told me when I signed up for the unit to get insurance!! I appreciated them letting me know so if I needed to file a claim, I could. Thank you Advantage, keep up the great work!!!

Really pleased with Advantage Self Storage. My sister and I have been renting here for a few years and never have never had any problems. The manager, Ezra, is easy to work with and so helpful. I like that the place is so safe and clean (not like some of the storage places Ive been to that are pretty run down and sketchy). Prices are reasonable, too. Until I can get a bigger house, Ill be here.

Very happy with our storage unit and our boat lot, but hate that we have a 10pm curfew in order to have our boat in or out or the storage lot. I dont know why it cant be a 24/7 free access when there is so much security.
