5-STAR EXPERIENCE This is a wonderful facility. Great location. Jason, the property manager, is awesome. I submitted an online inquiry. He was very responsive and contacted me via my preferred method. He answered all my questions, asked me more about my needs, and also invited me to visit the facility. I had a tour and signed an agreement on the same day. Customer service is as important to him as it is to me, if not more. This location is very accommodating to your needs as a customer. I only need a unit for a couple of months, big at first and then smaller. I appreciated being offered options to suit my needs versus being offered option to meet sales quotas. There are no tricks, no gimmicks, and no hidden fees. All of my questions were answered. The facility is very well secured which is important to me as a female. This was my first storage unit experience and a very pleasant one. I know my property is safe here and will be well cared for in the climate-controlled facility. I would go out of my way to rent a unit from this location despite the specials that are offered. Its a win-win. You cant go wrong!!!

Simply put, I had a wonderful experience with Space Max. My fiancee and I unexpectedly found our dream house and had to quickly sell our current home. Jason and Jae made the experience of temporarily moving and storing our belongings a great one and I would recommend Space Max Powers Ferry to anyone. The facility is pristine and new, very secure, easily accessible, and brightly-lit. They have everything you need there including boxes, tape, locks, wardrobes, etc. The pricing is a very good value! The icing on the cake is that Jason and Jae are very kind and genuine people and go out of there way to make your life easier. I HIGHLY recommend the experience! Thanks, Jason and Jae!

Jason at SpaceMax Storage is awesome! Super cool, friendly, helpful and very professional. The storage place is extremely clean, even the bathrooms! They have dollys, other items to make moving a lot easier. The van is EXTREAMLY helpful too. The van is very large and reduced the amount of trips we had to make. CONVENIENT. Over all we are very happy to have stored our home goods there and would recommend SpaceMax Storage to everyone who needs storage.

The management staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive to my individual needs, they didnt just hand me a pricing sheet and walk away. The units are nice and new, the facility was always clean, and I felt that everything in my unit was thoroughly secure. Also, as an added convenience, there are very few restrictions on times when you have access to your unit. Overall it was a great experience, and I highly recommend SpaceMax.

I have had the pleasure of speaking and working with Jason and he is absolutely wonderful. Every time I have spoken with him he is kind and helpful. This is honestly the best experience Ive had at any storage facility. This place ROCKS! I had a really bad experience across the street (as did many others) at the local competitor, but Jason welcomed me over and has been the nicest guy.
