Although I havent actually rented a unit at this storage facility, I would do so in a heartbeat because the employees, especially Brenda, took so much time with me, explained many details, and answered a bunch of questions. She was empathetic to the stress I was under (both times I inquired over a 6-month period), and she was always looking for ways in which she could meet my needs, and extremely promptly, too! I believe the ceilings in many of these units are higher than an average storage unit, too, which is an added benefit. The professionalism, intelligence, and class with which they dealt with me certainly bodes well for a successful storage transaction. Thanks again for all the great information and helpfulness!

I went to simply self storage today to possibly get a storage unit but was not sure if I wanted it to be here at this place on Madison rd.i walked in and the lady greeted me with a smile and helped me right away.she explained everything about the unit I was looking for.i really felt very comfortable there.i left happy with my storage unit rented for a great price.and also I was in there and out fast.she even drove me to my unit.in her little go cart to show me where the unit was located.she even had a lock that i can buy from them.did not have to go out and search for one.so great customer service. a big thanks to the lady name CARA.the day was Wednesday September 20th at about 335 pm. When my dad passed away we had to move my mom out of the house to get ready to sell it. This was a very difficult time for the whole family to have to go through. We contacted Brenda and told her the amount of stuff we had and she suggested 2 different units to us. When we arrived at the facility she showed us the smallest unit first and we decided it was perfect for us. She was also very helpful with selling us boxes for a few large picture frames. The property was very well maintained and secure. I will definately suggest Simply Storage and Brenda to anyone I know that needs a storage facility.

I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends. The staff was very helpful, especially Brenda who was quick to respond to voicemails and emails. The facility is clean, secure and easy to access. We often saw staff doing their rounds. They had a great special on our units- first month free. Our movers came with an 18-wheeler and were able to navigate the aisles between each storage building.

We uses this storage unit when preparing to sell our home and move. It was well secure and safe. They had competitive prices for the area. Brenda was easy to work with. She returns phone calls promptly. I really appreciated how clear she was regarding terms of contract. Great placed Id used them again.

Very satisfied with the service here. We got a very good rate including the first month free! The staff is very friendly and even offered us cold water bottles after a long day of moving. Location is great and the facility is very clean and secure. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
