This owner is a cheat and a liar. He quoted one price over the phone and then jacked it up $60.00 a month. Then accused us of breaking the electric gate that had already been broken for 2 weeks. You pay for a whole month no matter when you move in. You cant pay on-line. And you get locked out if you dont pay on the 1st of the month
