My husband & I downsized this year, going from 2800 to 1500 square feet. Needless to say, we were in need of storage space! A friend researched & referred us to Uncle Bobs on Robertson Ave due to price, location & climate controlled options & were so glad she did. Weve had a great experience with the company & all employees are kind & professional. Its helpful that customer service is available 24/7. We forgot the code & had to call in after office hours. I had to unexpectedly move out at the most inconvenient time. At time when all I wanted was to be grumpy to everyone in sight, Kristen was so kind and had such a wonderfully infectious personality. She guided me smoothly through my move and storage which made it feel like much less of a burden as it could have been. The property was clean, the moving trick was a huge help and Kristen really sealed the deal.

I liked it because it was air conditioned on the inside, they offer truck rentals, and there was a convenient cart available to push boxes back to the bin, but the price was outrageous.
