Made a reservation online and once we got to the property Ms. Sharon was so nice. She answered all the questions she made us feel like we were already apart of the public storage family before we even committed to the unit. She explained everything as she went through it. I will definitely go back just to say hey to her when we leave the storage unit. The property was also nicely kept no trash or bugs the units have lights to use for when its dark.

Public Storage is a nice, clean facility at a good location with a lot of storage untits ranging in size. Nathan, the Property Manager at the location in Jonesboro, GA on Jonesboro Rd is exceptional working with the public. He genuinely cares for the customers needs and will make sure YOU are satisfied before you leave. Public Storage won my business with their "$1 for the first month" storage rental. What a DEAL! Wow what can I say about the Jonesboro Public Storage, well first off they have the best customer service. I have been dealing with Ms. Martha and her staff for over 4 or 5 years now and I have never had a problem. Ms.Martha along with her staff keeps a neat and clean site. Would I recommend this Public Storage.....Yes I would and im giving this store 5 stars wish it could be more. Keep up the Great Work

Mr. Nathan has a very pleasant and easy going personality and knows how to make you feel like family more than a customer. For two years now he has dealt with my complaints and found a solution for those that he could; he has even gone beyond the call of his job to help me with a matter outside of buisness. I will miss his presence and the small talk but; theres enough kindness in him to share.

I was moving abruptly so I wasnt in the best mood but I really needed help getting my stuff together. I went to Public Storage, talked to a young lady named Kym, who I felt genuinely wanted to help me and her attitude was just real positive and helpful, it was really what I needed plus I got a good deal on my unit. I would recommend this location if you appreciate good customer service.

The only problem I had is the information online does not state that you have to use special locks to secure your property.
