This is a five star Company and Norwood is a five star operation of Simply Self Storage. From my first search for a storage unit I was helped and guided through the rental process. I came upon the location through a friends recommendation. What could be better! Not only have I recommended Norwood Simply Self Storage to many others I have rented more units. The lockers , buildings and grounds are well maintained. The location is well secured. I feel completely satisfied to have my personal belongings and business storage here. It certainly takes a qualified staff and a good manager to make this a successful business and they are here! I am a very satisfied customer and will remain one as long as I have the need. Our company has had a storage unit at this facility for some time now. We have no problems or issues to complain about. I must say though, the star at this facility is Cat Rogers! I have had many, many conversations with Cat requesting help of one kind or another....many that required a lot of her time. No matter the request, she always comes thru...promptly. Every time I call, she was (and still is) super courteous and most professional. She in my opinion is the KEY CONTRIBUTOR at this facility. She is definitely a huge asset!

The price too high I was never offered pro-rate payment, then the next month, 60.00dollars. Not only that the sign is posted outside, ssaying "1St month rent free, that means I should have paid no more than 21.00+ I ended up paying, a whopping 78.+for first time. This is not for me, moved in storage unit on April 5 but they still expect payment on the first of the month, pro -rate, I will never get storage in Norwood Ohio..

We have stored our stuff now 3 years in a row during summer break. Its very convenient to Xavier University. Clean facility, no issues with vermin, everything was as we left it. This year we had a car to store so we talked to the manager Cat. She called us when she was down to the last unit of the size we needed. Shes proactive and helpful.

It was July 4th, almost 3 oclock p.m. everything else was closed. I came here and was in my unit in less than 20 minutes. Very clean place and helpful staff. I am thankful they were able to help me! Very easy, pleasant experience booking and renting a unit, thanks to the manager, Cat Rogers, who is very helpful and responsive. The facility is clean and accessible; information is clear and concise. I found the prices more reasonable than other facilities as well.
