I reserved my truck for 5:30pm. Didnt arrive until 5:40pm due to traffic. Doors were locked and lights were turned out inside office (Posted hours are 6:00pm). Employee opened office and proceeded to inform me that they dont usually rent after 5:30pm. Received my invoice, I noticed that I had been charged for moving pads that are stored in the back of the trucks. I called the number on the invoice to dispute the charges I was told I would receive a call back from the location (I guess I was talking to the U-Haul call center). Upon receiving the call I hear the employee "blasting" me to another employee for calling in to dispute the charges. Was told I would need to be contacted by the manager for a refund. When the manager called I was informed by the owner/manager that the employee "mis-keyed" my invoice and she meant to charge me for the 2-wheel dolly. (Another item taking up room in the truck and more importantly I didnt use either.) I proceeded to inform the manager of the conversation I over-heard the employee having and the manager begins to laugh about the situation. After a quick discussion the manager tells me if I stopped back in the office she would refund my $5. No thanks just refund my card. I will not waste my gas to drive over there for a mistake your employee made. Even if it was right next door (which this location is about 35 miles away). HORRIBLE customer service. From the initial meeting, through receiving my invoice, to disputing my invoice. Nothing but unprofessional behavior by each employee at this location. I only gave them 1-star because you cant award zero stars. Find another U-Haul dealer if you want to be treated professionally and with respect.

I have multiple storage spaces at Compass. When searching for the first one, I visited two other businesses before I found Compass in West Chester. The first two were dirty and full of cobwebs. At one location the light didnt work and the door (inside unit) locked, but was warped. When I visited Compass, Lynda was very knowledgeable, and helped me choose the correct size for our needs. The unit she showed me was very clean, and the outside door opened and closed easily. I was able to rent this much nicer and more accessible unit for just a couple dollars more than the other units...well worth it! I have since rented 2 more units, and rented U-Haul vehicles to move stuff in and out. Lynda worked hard to meet our every need, and the charges were fair and accurate. I highly recommend this business for your storage needs.

I reserved a 15ft truck a week ahead from the time that I needed it and also registered the same morning of pick up to make things go smooth and quickly. An hour and a half after arriving I was finally met with service but they didnt even have the 15ft truck I had reserved a week in advance. Instead she gave it to the customers ahead of us, then tried to say that the 10ft truck WAS the 15ft truck. When processing our credit card Lynda couldnt get it entered correctly and my husband had to get behind her desk and enter the information into her system for her. I have never witnessed such a unprofessional environment, its a miracle this place remains in business. Just rent a truck from budget, its right up the road!

Lynda is great! Were moving to West Chester from the Cleveland area and wanted to store excess household items while we sold our house and prepared to move. We started with a 10x10 unit in January. As we moved more items she transferred us into a 10x20 unit. She stays in contact and makes sure we had everything we needed. When she knew we were driving down with a trailer of items she would confirm our arrival time and make sure she was there. If you need storage in this area shes the best.

We had an awesome experience. The lady there, Lynda Busener was a great help. She was so patient with us. I felt overwhelmed about moving. Lynda Busener helped my husband and I feel much more comfortable with moving. I couldnt believe she cared so much!!! I pass three storage units before I arrive at Compass. Why would I not go to places closer to home? Here are the reasons Compass was selected. 1. On site management 2. Spotless, always clean, roads are maintained. 3. Office hours ...when the sign says open, they are open. 4. Personal and professional management. Lynda is a gem..... 5. Security cameras work. 6. Other clients do not look like felons

Customer service is PHENOMENAL !!! When I came to rent a storage space the manager Bill was very attentive and kind. The grounds are secure and I feel safe even when coming to my unit after dark. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a secure and clean storage unit. I have even bought supplies from here and have had a pleasant experience. 5 stars indeed!
