UNITS moving and portable storage company helped us out of a major jam. We had a one month window between having to be out of our old house and moving into a new one. Steve and his team had a pod at our old place as soon as we asked, brought another when that one was full, and yet another when the third was full. Each time, the pod was retrieved as soon as we let them know we were ready. They went out of their way to get the pods to the new place, and retrieved all three as soon as they were empty. Exemplary service! Our move would have been far more difficult without their outstanding work and commitment! Steve and Grover were awesome to work with!!!

Steve and the team at UNITs was fantastic! Late last year I was in a scramble to pack up our house and wanted a mobile storage unit to help me get the job done over my last couple weeks there. I reached out to one of the main companies in the business to be pointed to someone in Florida who didnt get back to me within a reasonable time and kept stringing me along. When I reached out to UNITs I got a quick response and excellent service. The UNIT that was delivered was clean and the delivery folks were very nice and professional. I would highly recommend UNITs to anyone that is in need of a mobile storage unit! Thanks UNITs for a fantastic experience!

I highly recommend UNITS storage! The owner, Gordon, generously assisted Moeller when we needed a place to store donations for a charity rummage sale. Gordon and one of his drivers, Grover, went out of their way to be helpful. It would be an understatement to say their service was "above and beyond" the call of duty. For example, one day we ran out of storage space due to the number of donations we received. When we called for another UNIT, they sent one over within hours. During the months we worked with them, they were always professional and dependable. If I ever need this service again, I will be sure to contact them. Johanna Kremer

Before our home went on the market, we wanted to "declutter" our house. Units delivered a storage unit to our house the next day and we stored some of our furniture and household items. Then we called them to remove it and store it at their facility until we sold our house and were ready to move. We didnt give them much notice and they were always willing to accommodate our schedule. We even lost the key to the lock and Gordon sent Grover over that night to break open the lock. Neither one of them ever complained about it. Gordon is a very nice man and very professional. I would highly reccommend this company!!

UNITS Mobile Storage was the best decision we could have made for housing our home items for what turned out to be quite a long wait. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with both Gordon and Grover. They were courteous as well as responsive when we needed anything. The items were basically unmoved (barely any shifting during transportation) during the whole 9 months that we were waiting on the perfect home to come along. I highly recommend them to anyone that would need any type of storage, whether short term or like our rare situation, a long term wait.

Steve and his employees were top notch. The rates were so reasonable and they were so easy to work with via email and phone. Very responsive, quick turn around time, quite possibly the easiest part of our move! The units storage containers are nice and big, clean and come with a lock. They delivered right to our driveway and picked it up promptly as well. We were just using the containers for storage while we had our floors redone and for staging purposes but it worked perfectly for this. Would highly recommend this company!!!

The Crohns and Colitis Foundation in Cincinnati holds our Take Steps Walk every year. Our office is in Sharonville and the walk is at Sawyer Point. This year we used UNITS to store all of the food, drinks, prizes, etc. that we use on walk day. It was so great to have it at our office, load it and then have it delivered to Sawyer Point. Both Gordon and Grover were prompt and catered to our needs. It made our lives so much easier. I will not do another event without a UNIT!

Professional and a breeze to work with!!! As a busy professional, UNITS Cincinnati made my move a breeze. Grover delivers and picks up the UNIT with no hassle to you. He found a convenient place to park the UNIT, even though I was moving from a two-family house. I had to push my move date back a week, and Gibby was very accomodating. Locks are available for the UNITs, and I felt safe packing my valuable belongings in the UNIT. I will definitely use UNITS again!!!

We used Units for our most recent move and had a great experience! The Unit was delivered to our home at the time we requested. The inside was very clean. After we loaded it, they moved it to our new location and were cautious of our new concrete driveway. They returned to pick it up the following day. Steve Miller, the general manger was very helpful and prompt in retuning my calls and answering my questions.

The owner of UNITS is very professional and helpful. We had a project that required a storage unit for a month. The unit was delivered on time without any hassle. It was clean and secure. Service from UNITS was exceptional. The storage unit was much nicer than others I have seen. We had to change moving dates several times and still had no problems. Phone calls were answered or returned promptly and the drop offs and pick ups went as planned. All involved were professional, courteous and helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for a better experience! Will definitely recommend to all!

I highly recommend Units Cincinnati. The service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Carl and Grover were great to work with. I really appreciated that they rearranged their schedule to accommodate the date we needed for pick up. The add-ons (lock, straps, blankets) were all reasonably priced and we were only charged for what we actually used. Overall a great experience!!

Very professional people who didnt overcomplicate a fairly simple process. The unit was extremely clean and placed out of the way which allowed me to back my truck right up to it. Only an email and a phone call to get it set up and the entire transaction went very smooth. I would recommend their services to anyone who has on site, temporary storage needs.

I ran into financial problems while my belongings were in storage. They worked with me on a solution and then they continued to worked with me, until I was finally able to catch up on my payments. Not once, did they result to using threatening tactics (when nearly every other buisness would have). They were patient, polite and very professional.
