I called ahead to notify them with the problem I had and asked how much it would cost. When I entered I notified him that we just spoke, he then notifies me that no one is there to fix it at that time and they would call me when he comes in. So I drove there after calling and he never told me that the guy wasnt there on the phone and I probably wouldnt have driven there if I knew. But I left my tire there to get fixed and went home. I got a call 30 min later stating that it cant be fixed and that it would need to be replaced. I drove back and the man with gray dreads hands me the tire with the rim taken out and shows me why he cant fix it and sends me on my way. If he was trained with good customer service skills, he would have offered other tires to replace my tire with and he could have at least put the rim back on. He never gave other options to insure that they would make a sale. So I left and went to another tire place where they were able to fix it in no time without me having to buy a new tire and didnt charge me extra because they had to put the rim back on. The man with the gray dreads did not want to help us and made that clear. So I will take my business else where.

Today I am VERY disappointed with your services. I have always gone to Tires Plus and today I have decided to pay my bill off and go to another car care service. I do not take kindly in anyone trying to take advantage of women who do not know a lot about car care. I brought my car in for brakes in December 2013. 2 weeks afterwards, my brakes began squeaking. Unable to bring it back right away, I sent my daughter in to have them checked for the squeaking. Mind you I just spent $345.00 on the brakes that they said were a problem in December. NOW, today they tell me it is my rear brakes. I guess they want another $345.00. OMG. In the breakroom just this morning, I was complementing Tires Plus when all my other co-workers said they would never go to them. WELL...this incident just proved them right! After I call corporate, I wont be going back eitheR......EVER!!!!! You have gotten my last dime!!!!

I had been coming here since 2011. I wont come back. I have experienced three different managers and front desk crew at this location but these ones are the worse. Although they are quick and offer coupons, the work quality besides basic oil changes is questionable and they arent honest. They replaced my spark plugs in winter 2015 and they went out again in June. When I took it to another place (signature automotive - they are awesome) they literally took them out and showed me that they were for American cars and I own a Hyundai. Also they charged me for a new battery and only after I realized it still wasnt working did they check and find out it was my alternator. I wont be here again and im fact am closing my tires plus credit card.

THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT I have ever visited!!!! After realizing my tire was very low, while at work, this was the nearest tire shop. I just wanted my tire patched. When I returned to pick up my car Antonio LIED to me saying they could not fix it and I needed 4 new tires. Needless to say, I just purchased my tires last summer. I asked them to put air in my tire and I was able to drive it to Pep Boys 20 miles away, where I originally purchased my tires. Needless to say my tires are in GREAT CONDITION and it was a simple nail or screw in there which they were able to patch for free. DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY ARE COMPLETE LIARS AND THEY TARGET WOMEN THINKING THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CARS!!!!

Tires Plus have lost another customer, the guy at the desk stood there and LIED to me about my tires being rotated when I can CLEARLY see they have not. I know the difference in my front and back tires before and after rotation. This was my first rotation after new tires therefore my back tires that I check with deep threads should be in the front and the front which isnt as deep should be in the back, not only that my front tires gets light brake dust and they are ALL in the same order as when I drove it there. I suggest NO female take their car here, they are nice but will cheat you out of your money ESPECIALLY if they think you know nothing about cars.

I normally choose this tired plus and have very few issues. Today I go into tires plus to have a tire replaced. These people quote me nearly 200 dollars for a tire on a 2014 Nissan Versa. I immediately call another tires plus in the area and they tell me the have the exact same tire brand new for 72 dollars. I have never been so angry. I never take the time to write reviews but this had to be addressed. I will never go back because its complete crap to think they tried that hard to pull a fast one on me.

I took my wifes car in for an oil change. After returning home I noticed the check engine light was on. The error code given was 1-1-1-1, which has to do with the oil flow. I call and spoke with the customer service person and the company would not take responsibility. The customer service person suggested I get a diagnostics done which would cost $99. 00 plus tax. Plus, cost of any repairs. If I expressed my furry hear it would probably hurt you ears and eyes.

I went there for a tire repair that was covered under road hazard they told me it had expired so I called another tires plus and they told me it doesnt expire so I informed him what the other location told me he still was trying to sell me new tires so I left and went to the Firestone down the street and they honored my road hazard warranty with no problems they came out and took their time and look at my tires good service at 5034 memorial dr

Went there to have a check engine light looked at.Was told that they would do a diagnostic test and tell me what was wrong and how much it would cost to repair.To make a long story short,I ended up going back about three times because the light kept coming back on.Ended up getting a refund, and it was just a waste of my time. My question is are these mechanics certified to do the work they are preforming.

This place is horrible dont take your car here for anything I got an oil change and they told me they couldnt rotate my tire unless I bought a whole new set. Also they dropped something in my air blower and now its rattling before my car never made any noises until I took it to them, heck its practically new.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Every time I go to get anything done on my car; the next day I have a flat tire. This has happened 3 times. This time I bought 2 new tires. And the next day one of my others ones had a flat. And when I asked for my 2 tires back they gave me 2 different ones with zero tread
