I am not really satisfied. I had a roadside issue with my coolant upper hose leaking. I towed to this shop in urgency. They charged me 200 bucks to change this. The hose is 70 and labor is 130. I checked immediately in auto zone website and found that Dayco is only 35 bucks. I asked them why do you charge 70 for hose. They said me they do not have any idea, this is the price from NAPA because they are good. Anyhow I dint not have any other option and I started thinking like may be hose is a good quality and so they are charging double for that. Everything done. I was happy. After 1 week, I found coolant level is decreasing, I went to a different shop to check it. They cooled the car keeping it open outside for 2 hrs on the day we had snow storms in Atlanta. After that they put the pressure and found that coolant is leaking from new hose joint. I was so upset and I asked him fix it. He opened the upper hose and I discovered that was DayCo upper hose costs only 35. I think this is not honesty, if you put a regular part then why do you charge double on that and you lied. You took labor charge of 130 bucks and did not do your job properly??? I buy another good quality hose in 40 and spent 90 bucks labor to fix that. They charged more on labor and parts and did not do their job properly. It was a bad experience with me when I was in emergency. I am not going to do anything with these guys. I am happy to put this comment here and will never go to this shop again. I will edit this comment and put a pic of the hose they have used.

I bought my car here for a quick alignment and based on my first visit; I will probably take my car back here in the future. I had been only going to the dealer for the past five years; but often its hard to get an appointment when you need one. Also I do not trust repair shops to begin with as they try to up sell the crap out of you and sometimes dont even do the work. I decided to give Lilburn Auto Center a chance as I was referred to them by Discount Tire Co. When I was getting my alignment done I expected them to come back to me and tell me something else was wrong with my car; but they never did; no up sells and no B.S. The only thing he said was that I may have had a bad tire which I kind of suspected anyway. But instead of trying to sell me another one he said I didnt have to replace it unless I absolutely wanted to. Despite my good experience; I am still a little cautious due to the plethora of shady shops out there but I WILL go to these guys again as they seem to be honest. More good visits should alleviate my apprehension and hopefully this will be the only shop I go to from now on.

Dennis is the "man in charge" and all about the customer. He stays on top of the situation at all times. I recommend Lilburn Auto very strongly---being that I am a "senior"--and limited to having to "live with a very strict budget". Dennis is a great customer service manager. Any time I need car maintenance, I always call on Dennis to assist me with the best deal --keeping within my tight budget! Today is 10/21/2015--- I plan to bring in my little 2001 Toyota Corolla soon----and would always recommend Dennis to all. Lilburn Auto Care is always fair and keeps customers updated, very promptly. Thank you Dennis! I rate Lilburn Auto 5 stars!!! Today is 3/7/2017 I rate Lilburn Auto Center "best of the best". Dennis is tops in customer service and always on the ball -- with service and dependability. I was in recently for "tire issues" and got taken care of --- courteously and professionally. My "Senior/Fixed Budget" was taken into consideration throughout the process. Cant say enough wonderful comments about this automotive service center!

Called them on Saturday and they were honest with the time and appointment schedule. Came in Monday Morning and they were finished before the afternoon. Applied the discounts that gave me the most off and was the best price in town for the service. Knew what they were talking about, friendly and offered additional services without over selling them. I work on my own cars but needed an Alignment and they didnt pressure me for other work. they did charge me a shop fee that i didnt notice till i got home. I guess most shops charge this so they can advertise lower prices. Alignment shop fees....what a little rust penetration lubricant for the bolts and some shop rags...maybe im paying for gojo? sorry great place for repair work and id trust them with other work....i just hate shop fees.

Dennis and his team were helpful, quick, and honest. He explained everything that needed to be done and what prices to expect. In working with Lilburn Auto as I went to them for a second opinion and found Stone Mountain Volkswagen tried to fib they way into my pocket by saying the repairs needed were $600 and was a simple fix for less than $100. Ad on review; Went back for another service with them in July. They went over and beyond yet again. So, I brought in my other car tge next day for service. I trust their work and their pricing for the services performed!!

Ive been taking my vehicles to Dennis and Bob for as long as Ive lived the area, around 10 years. Dennis, who has an awesome name, is excellent about explaining whats wrong and what your options are for remedying your cars ailments. My lack of "know-how" and my experience with other shops in the past, put my trust-sensor on high alert when dealing with a service center; but Dennis and Bob consistently put me at ease and made me feel comfortable that I wasnt being taken advantage of. I dont trust any other mechanics around, like I do these guys.

They are awesome! Had an issue with my Toyota Camry and had it towed on Christmas Eve. I was told upfront that they could get the diagnostic done that day, but it probably wouldnt be ready until the following Monday. Well about 2 hours later I received a call stating that the issue was minor and that my car would be ready in an hour if I ok the repairs. Of course I said yes. My car was in at 10:45 and done at 1:30. The staff was friendly and I saved 10% with my AAA discount. I will be bringing all my cars here from now on.

Do not recommend. Heard a whirrling noise from the engine & took it to this center to check if it was something serious. I waited for 2 hours before one of the guys finally did a 5 min front end inspection. They could not find any issue, but still charged me $50 + tax for their "labor". Outrageous. If there was no issue & you were assisting other customers for 2 hours, this labor cost is ridiculous. Do not come here and do not hand over your key to them for any reason without getting a FREE quote first.
