Went to get a oil change, and after a few days I started smelling burning oil so I took my car back to the place and they said it was just some oil spill during the oil change, sprayed some chemicals to de-grease and let me go. After a few more days, however, on my way to work in the morning, the oil light came on and my engine started to make unusual noises. I wasnt far away so I got to work and opened the hood and it was smoking. Pulled the dipstick and there were hardly any oil in my engine. Then I looked under the car to check the filter and it was almost screwed off! It was completely loose. I went ahead and tightened the filter and poured 4 quarts (5 quart engine) of new oil (checking the oil level with dipstick) and cranked the engine, and within 10 seconds, all the oil went straight to the ground. I ended up getting my car towed. Apparently they had put the wrong oil filter and the seal had popped off that morning. And when I requested a refund for all the costs involving the inconvenience they put on me, they refused to cooperate and tried to get out of paying me anything. Fortunately, my company took care of the expenses, so that I didnt have to go to court, but I had to say something so in the future people know not to go here. What kind of car care cant even do a simple oil change correctly? Never going back here again. I dont trust them.

I always took my vehicle to this location because of my brother he said they worked really good and I was really happy till they convinced me I had to change my breaks and they did a very crappy job the breaks feel as they have never been replaced they shad black dust all the time no matter how many times I wash my car and they charged me $325 I took the car back and the mechanic drove it and he said it was fine and that was the end never taking my car here again.

I went for an oil change, by the end of that same day, my "Check Engine Oil Level" light came on. The guy who did my service stated " Due to the age of the vehicle, the plug doesnt tighten anymore." Some BS, what happened is these idiots over tightened the plug and it stripped my oil pan, so now I have to go to the expense of replacing my oil pan because some fools dont know how to do their job correctly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very bad expirience. Mechanic forgot to put right cup on our car. We have bad oil leak and I called the store talk with the manager Dave he did not care.
