DRIVE AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS MEINEKE LOCATION WHILE YOU STILL HAVE AN INTACT CAR TO DRIVE WITH. I had a brake replacement done in September. Immediately after, there was a strange noise coming from the front brakes. It did not occur continuously so every time it stopped, I thought the problem had gone away. It continued so I decided to take it back in. I spoke with the receptionist, Laura, twice. She was extremely rude each time. The morning I took my car in to have it looked at, she kept rolling her eyes at me with a total lack of concern that something was seriously wrong with the brake job they had done. Then, to my utter surprise, the mechanic who was outside checking my car rolled down the window saying that he heard the noise it was making and yelled at me that I should have brought the car back sooner. I literally could not believe the lack of professionalism I was experiencing. Instead of the mechanic apologizing for the inconvenience, he yelled at me telling me it is MY fault (the customer) for their crappy work. Still, it got worse. They totally replaced the brake job (claiming it was a manufacturers defect...who knows if thats the case or if they used that as an excuse to cover their own mistakes). I go to pick my car up and....to my utter horror, my car will not start. My car was bought new and has NEVER had problems starting. The owner comes and jumps my car off telling me he just checked the battery, the levels are fine, and he has no explanation why it wouldnt start. I proceed to tell the owner how disappointed i am and he yells at me saying he does not appreciate the things I am saying. Well, guess what Gary? I do not appreciate your lousy brake job, the utter disrespect I received from everyone at your franchise and now the constant worry I have that you damaged my car because it wouldnt start after being in your care. I am probably going to take my car to the dealership to make sure these jokers did not cause any major damage. They will be paying for this inspection if I experience any further issues with the brakes or my cars ability to start. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

This Meineke repair shop has my complete trust! Sal and his wife are professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Sears at West Town Mall had told me two years ago that I needed to repair one of my tie rods, and as my vehicle began to shudder worse and worse over time, I assumed that was the problem (even though I knew my tires were badly worn). Meineke told me that there was only a tiny bit of play in my tie rods, and not nearly worth replacing. And assuming my tie rods didnt improve with age, Sears Auto Repair was attempting to run up my bill by making an unneeded repair. Conversely, Meineke said I merely needed new tires, and sure enough, four new tires totally resolved the issue. Meineke made $0.00 off of me that day, but they earned my business exclusively for any future auto repair needs that I have.

This shop is under new management so the reviews of praise for the former shop are invalid. The current owners know nothing about vehicles or mechanic work at all. Anything they tell you they get off the Internet or have to ask one of their mechanics. Oh which by the way, their sign says ASE Certified...the only Certified mechanic they have only works PT there so good luck on your chances of getting him to be the one working on your vehicle. Very deceitful and hateful people. I wouldnt recommend their services or their employment to my worst enemy....

We stopped in on a trip to South Carolina. Our van was cutting out going down the freeway. They stayed late to take a look at it and didnt find anything wrong. They figured maybe we had a little water in our gas. Our van was fine after that. They didnt charge us anything and were extremely nice and helpful. I would ABSOLUTELY take my vehicle there if we lived in the area. They are highly recommended in my book.

Gary, Ronald, and the crew are great! Honest and trustworthy. Got my vehicle towed at Meineke yesterday sometime after 4p.m. they still had a couple of cars that they were working on but still found the time to work on my vehicle and inspect it! CarX was gonna charge me for 1 1/2 hours for labor and Meineke fixed my car in just less than an hour! Will DEFINETELY go there again

I had two other shops quote me a higher price for a job, so I went to Meineke. When they looked at my car, they told me that one of the parts did not need replacing (lowering the cost by $150). They did a good job. I have since been back to Sals shop 4 times and they have always been honest, fair, and have done good work.

Got my oil changed and tires rotated and they didnt screw the lugs nut back on the drivers front wheel my fiancé wrecked not even 200ft from pulling out the shop. Then gave my fiancé an attitude for wanting her money back and not wanting them to do the repairs but a independent party.

Wonderful. They ran a ton of checks for free, including the check engine light. Told me exactly what was going on and how to go about fixing it. They only charged me for an oil change. Compare with Midas that charged me 180 just to run the engine!

I have used this shop for various services on a couple of different vehicles. Their prices are reasonable, and more importantly, they are very honest. I have also recommended this shop to two friends, both of whom were also pleased.

Thought I could trust a fellow Noreaster, but Sal lost my Honda hubs on a simple tire rotation and claimed I must have had them stolen at the mall. Then quoted me a brake job that I got done at Midas for less than half the price.

I had a bad clip that made a replacement very hard. Everyone else wanted 200-300$ to fix. Meinke did it for 60. Great place to wait. Free coffee or water with a TV and free WiFi. Highly recommended

Buyer beware!!! Tried to grossly overcharge for a brake job. Quoted the job at 800 dollars, and I had a much more trustworthy mechanic do the exact same job for 480. Youve been warned.
