I went to this place in July 2016. I got a transmission flush and a oil change. They did not show me the transmission fluid afterwards.. recently I was having car problems not related to any of the stuff I had done with the transmission or oil change in July. Today I took it in to a different place for a car inspection and they told me I needed a transmission flush and also showed me the color of the transmission oil. It was black! I looked the man and said I just got one last oil change. I then looked at my records and saw I had put 8,000 miles on my car since I received my transmission flush. I wasnt happy and called them they did another flush for free. They said it could be because I need a transmission filter? I dont know anything about cars but Im pretty sure the transmission fluid shouldnt be dark black with me driving only 8,000 miles on it with the new fluid...Im not to impressed with this place. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I just went in today to get my oil changed. I got ripped off! They over charged me by like 50$. I ended up leaving there paying 90$ I felt a little stuck once I drove in there. When they told me the price, they pretended like my car needed some special oil. I know that they knew they could get away with it because Im a younger woman who doesnt know much about cars. I went in saying all I wanted was a regular oil change and I didnt want my air filter replaced. He showed me a printed out sheet showing me three price options. The least expensive option like 60$ and then I had to add another 20 something more dollars for my oil filter.they highest price was 127$!! I walked out paying 85.83$. I will never be back. I called my dealership right after to see what the charge would be for an oil change on my car and they said 40$!! I am not happy and I will never go back. Dont go here unless you feel like getting ripped off.

Is there a negative 5 stars? Where to begin? Took my vehicle into this place in June of 2017 for an oil change. They literally jammed the filter into my vehicle and broke it so that a little plastic piece ended up going all the way through my engine. In the end, the little fiasco cost me over $3500. For which the delightful owner, Mr Travis Curry, just happened to disappear when it came time to pay. SO, after having to take him to small claims court in order to get my money for the vehicle he damaged (btw, I won the case), after filing a complaint with the attorney generals office....the little *^$ finally paid his debt. So, moral of the story.....drive by this place. Dont stop for any reason. There is no recourse for them if they screw up. Youll just be out of luck. #thereisntahashtagforthisgarbage

I only take my car here for my oil change and for a while Ive been battling with A-Plus in Brighton due to them doing a poor job on my transmission flush and every time I go in for my oil change the guys here make it clear it was done poorly by A-Plus, so they offered to re-do what A-Plus should have done right at a fare price because the average price going for a Transmission flush is $150 and A-Plus told me they just want me to go back and pay full price to get done what they should have done correctly the first time again. The staff here is very friendly and helpful and they are honest and dont try to up sell. Genuine place to go for oil change and flushes.

They were very friendly an professional but totally ripped me off I went in to get my trans flushed payed almost 200 dollars to have it done.. when I went for my next oil change an had to stop some were else they told me my trans fluid was black an I showed the other place of me just having it done.. They told me you def got ripped off big rays redid it for me paying almost another 200 dollars to have it redone.. but showed me every step of them personally doing they showed me the filter an took me down below to show me the trans fluid how black it was... I would never recommend complete auto to anyone after they scammed me highly disappointed for sure..

Went there 2/6/14 for a quick oil change. Told them Id like the $39.99 oil change option. Additional service was a $2.99 bulb replacement for my license plate - no problem. Bill came in to be well over $110.00 which blew my mind. I asked what they did to cost this much and they told me my truck took an extra quart. A friend of mine went there and had the same thing happen recently (hence the review). He knows more about mechanics than me and argued with the guy and let him know the stunt they were pulling wasnt accurate with the amount of oil they claimed was additional. However, he was still charged $80.00 for a simple oil change. STAY AWAY!

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the Complete Auto Maintenance Center in Brighton. I came in for an oil change and had a wonderful experience. I usually dont do online reviews but I wanted to share the good. The manager Iggy was very professional and explained my vehicle needs to me in a way I could easily understand. I am not very car saavy so I feel intimidated sometimes with service and repairs. He made me feel comfortable and I will be back in the future for my vehicle needs. The other staff members were courteous as well. I am telling all of my friends about you. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience!

I hate these people. I will never go here again. They are acting like they service the rich and ripping people. They also find excuses to not service older cars. We brought our older F250 truck in there and they said they didnt carry the oil filters so they couldnt help us. Bring in the fancy shiny Towne and Country and they charge an arm and a leg, but they are still rude! Its like they think people with money are so shallow that we will pay anything no matter how rude you are. GO TO VICTORY LANE! Those guys are so nice and very reasonable and give free oil top-offs between changes...

They did the same thing to me that they did to another young girl. Asked if I wanted to keep the same oil in my car and didnt quote me a price before they completely replace the oil. Then after they were done came back and told me it was $90 because my car previously had special oil in it apparently LOL. These guys are nothing but scammers. Even if youre not a young woman going in here dont take your chances!

Went there two weeks ago wanting a standard, non-special oil change, mechanic was extremely rude demanding that I needed to pay almost $70 for an oil change because my vehicle was "too new to take standard oil." What a self-righteous statement to a customer. I dont succumb to sneaky upsells, rudeness, and especially patronizing attitudes.

Brought my Volvo in for an oil change. They didnt know what kind of oil it took and didnt think they carried it? Also, asked to get two back bulbs replaced and between both workers then did not know how to do it. Victory lane is a few miles away....
