had went there to have my timing chain cover replaced and when i got it home i noticed there was a crucial guard missing and i could see a chain exposed through my front wheel well and when i called them they asked if i was sure something was missing and i told them yes it just so happens that the guard had fallen behind the mechanics toolbox and all they did was apologize but had i not noticed it would have ruined my car and what would they have done? absolutely nothing all i got was an apology nothing more and i would think twice about going here i know i wont be returning

A while back, in my previous car, I had tires put on at the Firestone in Battle Creek. They put the nuts back on way too tight and stripped them. After my front drivers side tire popped off the store in Jackson had fixed my car within the next 24 hours, even replacing the wheel tire. A few months later my brake line went out thinks to some idiots who pulled out in front of me while I was going down some back roads. They also had it fixed within the next few hours. Definitely would repeat any business with Firestone here, if I could.

Mike, Kim and Jimmy here were awesome. We were heading into Michigan from Chicago late on Saturday afternoon when we started hearing a noise from the back left wheel. We called and arrived less than an hour before they closed and they were able to diagnose the locked up brake calipers and helped us out by taking the time to do our brakes extremely last minute despite being late on a Saturday. Couldnt appreciate what they did more and we are so thankful for their service. Thank you guys!

Is a one stop auto service shop; It helps to get a credit card through Firestone as auto repair is unpredictable and costly; fast service, they stand by their work, & if anything should go wrong while you are traveling, there are many Firestone connected shops you can find that will inspect a problem.

Great experience I started bugging them first thing in the morning they couldnt help me with a used tire but got a deal on a new one that was 40 bucks cheaper then the rest of the shops in town... no complaints and free coffee what more could you ask for...
